Featuring comfortable rooms and a hospitable atmosphere, this 4 star hotel enjoys an enviable position close to the beachfront in the resort of Icmeler, near Marmaris. Ideal for families as well as couples, there is soft animation during the day and occasional evening shows or live music by the pool. A range of shops, restaurants and cafe bars are closeby and there is public transport running to the larger resort of Marmaris, approximately 9 km away. Refurbished at the beginning of 2013, the decor is modern and there is a choice of excellent facilities, including a sauna and Turkish bath for gusts' comfort and convenience. Meals can be enjoyed under a shaded terrace by the pool.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Rooms are really good with lots of equipment and daily cleaning service. The pool is nice with good entertainment. The atmosphere is really exciting and the location is near the beach excellent value for the price
I like when I meet tom and Bella and daisy when they did a show on the stage and I like the pub and l am glad that I have got a nice room to stay at and I enjoy this place.
We came here a couple of years ago. It is mediocre at best. I do not remember there being such a lack of sunbeds on the beach and at the pool. During our 10 night stay, we never got to sit on the beach loungers and on multiple occasions had to sit outside the restaurant on chairs when using the pool. People should be banned from putting towels down and walking away. The best parts of this hotel are the cleaners, the egg man and the lady who serves ice cream. I have never been so stressed at mealtimes, it is far too busy, sometimes no tables left to eat at and people push and shove.
This year was absolutely appalling. Upon arrival my room had issues. Room was never cleaned properly. Restaurant was like a cattle market. Rude Russians and Turkish customers. Cross contaminating food by using food tongs in the wrong dish. Never enough room in the restaurant. Not enough food left if you went late. Not enough sunbeds on the beach so had to go elsewhere. There are rules put up everywhere but it's just for show as it's up to the discretion of the hotel whether they want to enforce it which they don't. Plastic reusable cups for all meals which is disgusting. The list goes on. I would avoid as this is very much a 4star budget hotel with a 5star price tag.
Stayed at this hotel from 11th July for 2 week, rooms are lovely, clean and very spacious, plenty of hot water, lovely view from the balcony. Food was really good I'm vegetarian but was always something to eat, staff in restaurant were really helpful and always cleared empty plates away, bar staff were very friendly, ice cream ladies were very friendly and always had a smile on her face. The pool area is very clean but had to be up early to get a sun bed, usual people putting towels on beds and not using them all day. Lovely entertainment team always spoke to us, especially Daisy. Didn't use there beach has we go to beach bar next door, but same again with the sun bed situation. Only bad experience we had was on last day when a member of reception staff told us we were ok until 2pm to use our room, then when we handed key card in was spoke to by another young lady like something off the bottom of my shoe, I don't know if she was trying to impress guests checking in but it didn't work. This lady needs to find another career because you don't speak to paying guests like that. I gave her a piece of my mind which she didn't like. Overall was a great holiday in this hotel
