Lovely relaxing wonderful holiday
Hotel has had refurb and looks great. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The floor area around the pool needs a good sweep, and the grating is dirty but doesn’t impact the area. Sun beds are comfy, with some in shaded, some in the sun and the gardens. Room is clean, well equipped. Would like more drawer space, we’re on floor 5. The balcony is small but room for 2 and a table. Food is interesting, usual all inclusive foods. Lots of choices. The Omelette lady is amazing. All the servers/waiters and restaurant staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.
Guest relations and entertainment team - cagdas, Naz and Coco in particular make you feel like family. Their positivity and enthusiasm is infectious, in the very best way. They add sparkle and glam to every occasion! Bar team - are great, friendly, they remember your preferences. I’ve had some amazing cocktails - no idea what they were as off the menu. If you tell them your preferences, I like sour/spicy over sweet, they tailor for you. The iced coffees are great too.
All the staff at the hotel work hard, very long hours and still find the time to make you feel like you’re their priority. I’ve felt like a queen and been complete spoilt. I have seen and heard many rude and entitled people talking down to/ aggressively at the staff. They guys all manage this well and with grace. People will have different experiences, if you want to find fault you will. But if someone is moaning about the service/care etc. it says more about them and the energy they are putting out than the staff. 😁🏝️⛱️🍸💃
Really chill hotel
Best hotel ever. Stuff are amazing and helpful. Rooms really clean . There’s so many events so u don’t even have to leave the hotel to have fun. Especially doing yoga in the morning was the best part of it. And I wanna say thank you to çağdaş coco and naz for being nice and funny all the time. Me and my mom had a really nice holiday and we’re definitely coming back.

Had a fantastic 10 days a Marti the location is right on the beach and pool is fantastic and never short of sun loungers The bar was managed by Armen and his team who where always ready to make great drinks with a smile 😃 . Rooms have been updated since I last stayed and look much better . Will definitely be coming back again👌 Good is the usual all inclusive
Beautiful hotel
Very lovely hotel. The decoration is nice. We took pictures everywhere🤣
Don’t go if British
1st the positives , location is fantastic and right on the beach , maid service is good , room cleaned and new towels daily and the only decent bar man was BK that’s it , If you are British don’t waste your money going to this hotel , food is not good and always cold and very repetitive with no choice , it’s mainly aimed at Turkish or greedy Russian guests , only 8 British people there when we were there , bar service is shocking unless BK is serving where the staff blatantly ignore British guests and serve others , the room safe never worked even after complaining 3 days running from our 1st day ,we gave up eventually and locked money in the suitcase , food and plates left on tables and not cleared during meals , no white wine for 3 days in the restaurant, no fruit juice as machine not working at breakfast time , the first few days we had 3/4 pint plastic glasses then they changed them to 1/3 pint plastic glasses and as the service at the bar was so bad it took ages to get another one , was our 5 th time in Turkey and was the most expensive we have paid and was by far the worst experience we have ever had in Turkey , won’t be returning to this hotel again.
