Located in the resort of Icmeler, the hotels are approximately 200m from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the centre. The larger resort of Marmaris is 8km from the Mersoy Bellavista and easily reached by public transport. Consisting of 75 rooms, the hotel offers modernly styled and comfortable accommodation and features a popular bistro restaurant. Offers two diffirent consept at the hotel: Family section and Adult Section. No children under 14 years of age are accepted to Adults Only Section. There are different types of rooms to serve the need of guests: The hotel is home to 160 rooms split over a family and adults only blocks, including twenty five suites with lavish décor in the adult only block. In Adults Only Section,there are standard pool & Suite rooms to choose from. In Family Section, there are standard & Family rooms to choose from. as contemporary designs and light colors, they are suitable with Mersoy Bellavista brand. important information: standart and family room reservations can not be used in the adult section.

Totally disgusting, not even worth a 1 star
Arrived here 4hrs ago, now left sitting in reception as room allocated is totally inhabitable (room 4108) totally disgusting & video available upon request, travel company unable to help, manager won’t answer his phone so have to wait until 10am in the morning, 1 couple has just left after 10 days , 3 off which the lady was in bed ill, 3 other couples have been down also to complain but again they have been fobbed off, myself & my parter will stay in reception until resolved or we have been given a flight home
Dirty, old unhygienic hotel
Do not come to this hotel !!!!! I don't know where to begin the hotel advertised in Love holiday with false photos of clean accomodation and restaurant. The real place is completely the opposite. It is looks aged ,dirty, dirty stained furniture, and unhygienic dirty surroundings. Extremely uncomfortable mattress, shower head that won't stay in place, none of the staff can speak English even at reception. We had a very aggressive encounter at arriving at the hotel at 4am by a reception staff telling us that our room was unavailable due to a technical problem. We were told to walk to another hotel at 5am. The other hotel was a two star hotel. Extremely hot and the air con didn't work. The next day no apology was made and we were given a room which had many faults. We reported the problems to the manager but nothing was done. The food for a seposidly 4* hotel was extremely basic, repetitive and the beer was watered down. If you want an enjoyable holiday, avoid this hotel.

PLEASE listen to the negative reviews . The restaurants and dining areas are dirty , staff aren’t bothered at all ways doing the bare minimum, food is VERY average with very little variety, main buffet also feels very cramped. Personally I have often decided to eat elsewhere most nights , accommodation is also very basic and small , I hope this hotel goes out of business or at least is professionally reviewed , also please don’t be fooled by the separate buildings/pool area’s , both are equally as terrible. Personally from my own experience I would honestly rate this hotel a 1.5* at max , don’t waste your money or time.
Big Disappointment - Not worth of money
A BIG MISTAKE TO BOOK & A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT : I would not rate it even 3*

The room is generally unclean, with dust and dirt visible throughout. The floor has not been cleaned properly and contains dirt and debris. Several fixtures, including the switch holders, are damaged and in poor condition. The Smoke alarm appears to be broken. The bathroom tiles are dirty, damaged, and show signs of mould/fungus. There is a large unfinished gap between the bathroom door frame and the wall, exposing insulation material rather than a properly finished surface. Please find the attached photographs for your reference. The overall condition of the room is poor and not in keeping with the standard expected. Additionally, the room Wi-Fi has not been working for the past three days, despite the customer raising the issue.
Very disappointed and embarrassing !
So we read the reviews but booked anyway as it was cheap. From the start, when we arrived the staff on the reception desk were stand off ish, and rude. The hotel is split across 2 sites, and we were upgraded to a superior room that looks out on to the pool at the hotel across the path at the back.
I'm always pretty relaxed on hotel rooms as its just a bed, however the room had some sort of filler patch up job in the bath, the tiles around the door were chopped out leaving a gap that seemed to be full of insect eggs. Strips around the floor w / wall were damaged and sticking out. Hairdryer was from 1900 and didn't work. The food was alright, and the beer was chilled. The hotel was FULL of Russians who were piling up their plates that it became entertaining to play who will have the most plates and how full they will be and how much of it will be untouched and thrown away, ( appreciate thats not the hotels issue) but the atmosphere wasn't great at the restaurant or sat round the pool . Whilst booking a boat trip with one of the street kiosk chaps, he asked what hotel we were in for the mini bus pick up, when we told him he was amazed, he said he thought it had closed down last year due to all the complaints. Likewise the restaurants on the streets made jokes about the hotel, as it seems to be known for the issues across the whole of icmeler. Would not stop there again.
