This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.

A friend's holiday.
When we first arrived, my friend and I were taken to a double room which was not what we had asked for. We ended up going back down to reception to explain we had asked for twin beds as we are only friends, not related in any other way. For the purpose of this review we are still here and have another week left here.
The reception staff reluctantly gave us a new room which was better quality but more difficult for my friend to get to who has a visual impairment. We ended up accepting this room as didn't fancy the hassle of trying to change hotel.
The food is very much the same everyday, both in the grilled section and the restaurant. There was no variety but we accepted we had booked an all inclusive and got on with it.
The water park, I have not been on because I haven't seen any lifeguards there. If there was a lifeguard I would but it's mostly kids on the slides and no adult present. I consider this to be dangerous.
The entertainment isn't very good if you are just a group of adults. The music is mostly Turkish and full of kids. We have been out a few times. If there was another bar open except Sunset Bar near the restaurant, we would go there of a night but the only bar open is the one near the entertainment, not ideal for a quiet drink.
The shops on the site harass you to use their facilities. The only one who doesn't is the kind man at the 24hr off licence. You even have to pay for ice cream during the day as the free ice cream does not take place till night time.
For what is meant to be a 4 star all inclusive, I would say spend your money somewhere better as I feel I am not getting my moneys worth here.

fun and good hotel experience
great hotel excellent staff especially alex who does the entertainment. this is our second time at this hotel and me and my son love it hear.

Honest review after being back not even 24 hours 😢 💔💔💔
We- a family of 8 altogether honestly had the best time, we only ate in one evening out of 10- we wanted to eat out anyway so can’t say much about the evening meals- pool and snack bar was all fab.. something to eat everyday- it’s all the same food every day but wraps, burgers, chips, nuggets etc- we enjoyed it. We arrived early hours of the morning and the rooms were dated and had a sewage smell and the fridge was old and a bit grim however our first day they was fitting all new fridges in the block (block C), once we’d woke up the next day we didn’t care about the smell so much as it was mainly the evening when it smelt (think we was all just tired and miserable) we was literally in the room to get ready, shower and sleep… we didn’t ever sit out on the balcony as we was up and out and then coming in later on an evening after entertainment etc. We was looking to go back next year while we was still on our holiday and we’ve made up our choice and definitely want to return next year. We did a mixture of things- Taxi to Dalaman to Roxy’s (defo rate that!), Medusa pirate trip which stops you off in turunc and marmaris, got tattoos at the hotel, the hammam/spa day and the kids chocolate massage, jet skis, got our photos done etc. with eating out for a family of 5 we spent around £1200 for 10 nights but we wasn’t shy on what we was doing as we knew we won’t be on holiday again until next year 🙂 And finally the staff were all brilliant- so so friendly and chatty every day, always making time for us.

Best hotel in iclemer
This is our 15th holiday since 2020 around Europe, but this place is something else, excellent entertainment and the friendliest staff you could ever meet, they cant do enough to please you and Alex head of entertainment is the best guy ever..... we're 100% coming back in 2027.
