Poor cleaning within room
Stayed here for 3 weeks An elderly cleaner working there is lazy!!!!!! Floors,wc,sink and shower area NOT cleaned during stay!! The cleaner thinks changing the towels and emptying the bin -room cleaned!! I witnessed other guests bringing this matter up at the reception desk!!! Only to be told β I will talk with the manager β NOTHING HAPPENED!! You have to ask for toilet paper Ask that you would like the bed sheets changed!! Really!!!
Best 3 star hotel in Icmeler
It's a very nice 3 star hotel with exceptional service. We stayed at other 3 star hotels previously even at beach front location but their service was so bad. The bar will serve you decent drinks at very cheap prices and you know you are not cheated either. Plenty at the breakfast and the pool is nice and quiet too.
Awful place
Horrible place. More like a hostel than hotel. We stayed 10 nights here and had no hot water for 8 days. Grubby rooms, floors never swept or mopped. Pillows like bricks . Reception staff totally indifferent to our complaints.

We are a family of 4 with 12 year old and a 1 year old.
Also my dad too in another room.
We asked before hand for a travel cot which was up in our room when we arrived at 2am Wednesday. Which was a god send. The baby pool on the first morning was full of floats and leafs. I asked if this could be cleaned for my little boy and it was done with in an hour. The pool area is clean also
Yes the rooms are basic but what do people expect.
The staff are all amazing not 1 of them was unpleasant. The bar is amazing and will put on any sport we ask for. The food is lovely also and well priced.
Would u stay here again yes as a couple.
No with my little boy as the older he gets the more he needs to be entertained.
A major plus is the location for me. 1 min from the beach and dolphin square
