Supreme Beach Hotel

I have never written a bad review so this is my first! Don’t be fooled this hotel in the icmeler area is in a beautiful location near the canal and beach ….. It’s very unfriendly unless you are young and blonde also serving drinks when the bar staff look away from there mobile phones in paper cups that drip over your nice clothing (Like a kids tea party) Food is horrendous I’ve been there two weeks and ate three times it’s repetitive and warm no melon or good fresh fruit …. So readily available in Turkey and cheap? Rooms have a lovely view but room is sub standard with almost no cleaning done in the two weeks I was there…. Disgusting! Reception staff have limited English so I gave up trying to explain problems! Supreme beach you need to revamp the property and staff.

I would recommend this hotel with a number of caveats. That would be depend on cost! if you're a creature of habit who books only through an operator , you are likely to pay more! I would also like to add that the negative comments that people have left previously are unhelpful, not just for the hotel, but for fellow travellers. And ultimately, that is why the review is being drafted! The first thing I would say is that a hotel ⭐ rating is generally awarded for facilities that are available within the hotel, such as a gym for example, entertainment, etc. This hotel has neither, but I digress!

Let's get down to the nub, this hotel is small, clean, NOT a four star, & nowhere near, however, don't be put off by this! Just manage your expectations!

The.food is NOT inedible as some have written, they go to great lengths to prepare the food. It may be limited choice, but there is always something to eat, including a plentiful salad bar. I personally commend this initiative to cut down food waste. That is my opinion.

The restaurant staff are absolutely amazing & professional. Whether greeting you on entrance seating you. And serving you a drink to your table. They are faultless in my opinion.

The pool bar not so good! Samir deserves a special mention. I personally believe if it wasn't compulsory to breathe would expire. And spends more time on his handset, than catering for guests! If the hotel reads this review as a suggestion. You would do well to serve guests there drinks around the pool when it isn't busy. This would give Samir something meaningful to do. Rather than sitting in the cubby hole until prodded for a drink.

In my experience, drinks in Turkey all inclusive come in 2 flavours, either spoiled by to much alcohol, or watery. This hotel is the latter! Wrong glasses being used for tall cocktails such as sex on the beach. This isn't to say that people want to get drunk, but they are here to enjoy themselves as paying guests! All the guests encountered from many nations are a credit to their origin.

So, in conclusion,.would I stay here again! Yes, however, that would depend on cost! If you are paying a substantial amount of money - NO

On the last day of my stay, my AirPods Pro 2 (worth £179) were stolen from my room. I had kept them in the room for the entire trip – and never took them out once – as I mistakenly thought that a locked room accessible only to housekeepers would be safe and secure. It was not.

When I first noticed they were missing on my last day, I looked on the Find My app and the GPS showed my AirPods were still in the hotel. I asked the receptionist if I could check my room (I'd already checked out). The housekeepers were in the room when I arrived, but I couldn't find my AirPods in there. Less than an hour later, someone had taken my AirPods to the next town Marmaris. Two days after I'd gone back to the UK, my AirPods had returned to Supreme Beach Hotel İçmeler where they first went missing.

When I saw that the AirPods had returned to the hotel, I flagged this major security concern directly to the hotel via their main email address callcenter@supremebeachotel.com. I asked them to investigate the issue as the stolen item was on their property. They still haven't responded to my email after I sent it four days ago.

Regardless of who stole the AirPods, theft from a locked room is a major violation and concern. The hotel's complete lack of interest in investigating this security breach is also a massive red flag that makes me distrust them as a business.

If you plan to stay here, just lock everything valuable in a safe (which they charge a daily fee for), as you cannot trust this hotel to keep your things secure in your locked room.

N.B. If the hotel responds to this review saying that I didn't file a formal police report despite the police being called, the only reason is because the theft happened on my last day and I risked missing my flight. I will likely not be able to claim on insurance as a result. I asked the hotel receptionist if the hotel could write something as a third party to at least confirm the incident occurred, but this was refused. Thanks a lot, Supreme. I have never felt so disappointed in a private business in my entire life.
