Great little hotel staff and food exceptional but could do with a refresh in places
Just had 2 weeks at this hotel in July. Check in was so easy even though it was midnight when we arrived cases were taken to the rooms up 2 flights of stairs and compimentary water was brought up from the bar. We went down and they offered to cook us some food which was great. As others have said the staff in this hotel are what makes it stand out. They were all so friendly and would do anything for you at any time. We didnt take up th offer of the flexi meal option as we wanted to eat out every night. The breakfast was ok with the usual eggs sausage and beans our preferred go too although some mornings you had to ask them to cook more it was fine. The food around the pool during the day was lovely. As others have said you just run a tab up all day then pay whenever they are so reaxed it doesnt matter. Location is great just a ten minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Theres enough sun beds/shade round the pool so mo sun bed wars. Overall I would say that this is a budget hotel...that is why it is cheap to stay there. Its a little bit old and tired but the staff/food are great. I would prob return but notbin july as i struggled a bit with the heat.

Brilliant hotel!
Absolutely love this hotel! Just come back from our 5th stay here. Staff are great, Jimmy, Freddie, Moses, Murad, Joe, Zain, Junior and not forgetting Ozzy the hotel manager. They all go above and beyond for you. Room we had was the quietest we've had. Slept so well over the 7 days we were there. There was enough SC facilities in the room and the maids come in once a day. There was only 1 day we couldn't get a bed but we didn't come out until 12ish. Pool area is clean and well maintained. There is a small splash park for the little ones too. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely family friendly hotel!
Have just returned from 11 days staying at Blue Palace and we had a brilliant time. From the moment we arrived until we checked out we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Ozzy was fantastic and I'd recommend taking up the meal deal offer - we had a variety of meals during our stay and the food was lovely each time. Portion sizes are also huge, even for the kids portions. The only thing that would make the kids meals better is if there was a few more options, for example kids pizza/burger. The Sunday roast is amazing, and so are the steaks 👌🏻 The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and the busyness of Marmaris so its perfectly quiet for families but not too far away if you want to venture out. It has a lovely calm atmosphere, and is great if you want to chill by the pool. Plenty of sunbeds available every day with no issues getting one at any time of the day. Lots of inflatables/balls etc for the kids to play with so no need to take these with you. We stayed in the apartments, which are basic but all you need for the limited time you are in the room and perfectly fine if you're just using the room as a base. The cleaners are in every day and are very pleasant and friendly. The whole hotel and apartments were kept clean and tidy. The bar staff are brilliant, special thanks to Jimi, Junior and Moses who were fantastic with all 3 of our sons but in particular with our youngest! They run a daily bar bill so you can order the drinks/snacks you want over the day and settle it each night which for us was very helpful. Air con/tv/safe do cost extra but are not expensive and worth paying for. Overall we had a lovely holiday and are already looking to book again for next year.

Brilliant hotel *
We are here now and are having a fantastic stay at Blue Palace Apartments in Marmaris. It’s a brilliant hotel for families kids pool is brilliant 2 slides and not too deep it’s got a lovely atmosphere and great facilities.
The manager, Ozzy, is amazing and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, making sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they’re especially wonderful with children. A special thank you to Joe and Jimmy aswell who have been fantastic with us looked after us made our holiday even better because they’ve really attended to our needs.
The only downside is that the rooms could do with a lick of paint and a bit of updating in places. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
We would definitely recommend Blue Palace Apartments to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay in Marmaris, and we can’t wait to come back!
