Hawaii Hotel

Let me start by saying we arrived at the hotel at 4am in the morning. To be met by a young guy on reception who was more than helpful, even got us a hot drink. 10/10 for him. Hotel itself.. What a nice suprise to be in a beautiful hotel that was spotlessly clean the waiters and kitchen staff, bar staff, worked exceptionally hard to make your holiday special. Special mention for omar the head chef, this guy is bloody amazing, his food is second to none, ive stayed at a few hotels in marmaris, and this is the first time I have seen the head chef take the time to meet the people who he cooks for.ive got nothing but praise for omar. Bar staff. Gotta say these guys work tirelessly to make sure you get a drink on time. But be warned Bar closes at 11pm for all inc. But you can buy drinks if you still need 1. The entertainment was exceptional on the nights they had it, all the singers made sure they sang in both English and Turkish. Even my 14 yr old grandaughter was impressed, and she isn't easily pleased! Pool 1 word amazing. Rooms Although we had a room facing another hotel, it didnt spoil or take away anything from our holiday. The rooms are big enough for 2 people, and besides, we only sleep in them...if I have 1 complaint it would be the shower cubicle is sat to high off the floor and my wife struggles with mobility issues so realy struggled with it, but we managed. So again no biggie. All in all it was a fantastic hotel , in a perfect location and would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Special mentions go to memet bar manager,omar(head chef) and the young waiter with the teardrop tattoo on his face,these 3 made the whole experience super friendly and fantastic

This was my second time back to this hotel and I found it just as good as last year. The food was really good and the hotel rooms were relaxing and comfortable. The staff had changed from my first visit but we're all just as polite and pleasant as the last time. The hotel is in a good position with easy access to the beach and surrounding areàs. I want to say a special thank you to Turguy who I found was very professional and hardworking and made sure I was okay after a visit to the dentist. He worked very long hours and was really busy but always had a smile and made time for all the guests at the hotel. Commendable behaviour!
