Our  room had a Television and air-condition, the room was large I was very comfortable. My friend love the bar 🍸 🍹 drinks.

Maxwell Suite Hotel was excellent the staffs and manager welcome me and my friend, every night different entertainment,

AVOID AVOID AVOID   Well what can i say 🤦‍♀️ me and my husband booked this hotel as my Daughter and her husband and kids where staying at another hotel without entertainment and ours was supposed to have daily entertainment the first week we got nothing at all the second week after being told they had new entertainment staff what turned out to be one fella that didn’t have a clue what he was doing  Now on to the rooms well i wanted to cry we went self catering this time to arrive in a room with no cooking facilities at all apart from a kettle the floors were absolutely disgusting every time we walked on the floors our feet were filthy the shower had a huge crack in the shower tray so every time we showered the floors were flooded the shower cubicles was mouldy and doors didn’t shut  properly you had to hold the shower head as the hook was broken after 5 days we managed to get a room change 🤦‍♀️ to next door only thing different was a one ring hob thing and a pan bigger than the ring the room was still as dirty the shower still leaked  and still had to hold the shower  head also
Window was screwed shut for then to be told our facilities in the room where adequate outside our room was the so called gym which was pushed against the wall behind a fold up screen the floors again where filthy the floors around the pool was  disgusting never cleaned  we got clean towels every 3 days bins emptied every 2 days and bed changed once in 2 weeks floor’s never cleaned at all

Went to Maxwell Hotel Club with family hotel was good but when we arrived it was the bar staff that made our holiday for my family they were very happy polite and extremely funny especially barman called Elvis always so funny extremely good manners and made my autistic brother feel comfortable and had jokes with him

On our last night here and gutted to be leaving, staff and amenities are decent, most outstanding are front of house and the bar/restaurant especially Elvis, nicest guy you could hope to meet. Only few gripes on hotel are the housekeeping staff were invisible and never called until we raised a complaint, then all was sorted instantly, and that we were getting insect bites nightly, deffo buy the repellant wrist bands. Food and drink service was always reasonable and food was lovely.

Value for money, hotel is old/ charm. Staff great.  Pool & entertainment great always something on the go, Zack the entertainment is super,.bar staff very attentive. For a small apt/ hotel they do offer a lot of services. Our "On the Beach" Rep Sidir  was great he sorted our trips in the hotel reception and was very good at given general advice about the area. Do's & don'ts etc. All our trips were very good, costs were so good, trips excellent especially the scuba professionals at Atlantis Dive Club, a definite return on the cards. Food at the hotel was very good  great choice, also went to the hotel Turkish night which for £18 was absolutely amazing value, show of dance troops, fire dancers, magicians, sword dancers, including bbq Food, rice's, salads Drinks not Inc. Fantastic value show went on from 9pm ( after the bbq) intol around 1pm and everyone had their own table set up with room number. The entertainment guys had a bingo & pick prize game at a dance break £5 each prizes excellent ( we won two, one Turkish mud treatment & a t shirt) this hotel has a full Spa under the hotel offering a lot including jacuzzi,  massage etc.  Also on site is a tattoo parlour and nail technion   the massage lady cam around the pool quietly asking if people were interested in treatments all nicely done. While this is a child friendly hotel/ apt and the pool is super with built in aqua slide which doubles as a foam party outlet for guests twice a week at 7pm the pool gowers loved it. THE DOWN SIDE OF THIS APT/ HOTEL IS THE STATE OF THE APTS, UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE IN NEED OF A SERIOUS UPGRADE, BATTERED BRUISED & UNLOVED. WHILE HOUSE KEEPING PROVIDES GENEROUS TOWEL DEPOSITS & LOO ROLL, SHEET CHANGED MID WEEK WE DID FIND WE RECEIVED TOWELS THAT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN JUST DRIED & RETURNED WITH STAINS ETC. WHILE THEY HAVE INSTALLED NEW HAIRDRYERS & THEY ARE VERY GOOD, THE SHOWER IS A SHAMBLES IT CONSISTENTLY FELL APART DIDN'T KNOW WHETHER WE WOULD GET HOT, COLD OR ANY WATER, WATER POORED THROUGH THE CEILING ROOF VENTS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS COMING FROM THE PIPES, WE COMPLAINED  AT RECEPTION,  THEY CAME UP TOOK A PICTURE THEN DECLARED THEY HAVE NOT GOT MAINTENANCE TEAM, OUR CONCERNS TOTALLY FELL ON DEAF EARS. THE MANAGEMENT ARE VERY CONCENTRATED ON THE POOL & BAR AREA WHICH IS KEPT BEAUTIFULLY , OWNER/ MANAGEMENT NOT QUITE SURE WHO HIS IS? PARADES DAILY AROUND THE BAR AREA WATCHING EVERYTHING.  KIDS ARE KEPT IN CHECK AROUND THE POOL AREA, NO RUNNING  NO LEAVING TOWELS ETC. BEAWARE IT CAN GET NOISY AT THE BAR AREA IN THE EVENING AS THIS SET UP IS A QUAD STYLE WITH CENTRAL BAR & POOL UNFORTUNATELY NO RETURN FOR US AS THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS IN THE BATHROOM & KITCHEN AND THE GOD AWFUL HARD BEDS PUTS ORTHOPAEDIC MATTRESSES TO SHAME- ITS LIKE SLEEPING ON A CONCRETE SLAB, STILL UNSURE WHAT THEY ARE MADE OFF, PUTS MY HUSBAND AT RISK. I TOOK 1/2 HOUR TO CLEAN THE SINKS & LOO AFTER ARRIVAL - JUST NOT AT ALL BOTHERED WITH, WIPING A SINK PUTTING TOWELS & LOO ROLL IN AN APARTMENT AFTER OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN IT FOR A WEEK IS SIMPLY NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH A HYGIENIC SERVICE- YOU DONT REALLY EXPECT IT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY BUT ON ARRIVAL???? AFTER SPEAKING TO THE REP HE STILL DIDN'T REALLY APPRECIATE OUR CONCERNS AND WE FELT UNHEARD. WE WERE HERE FOR A WEEK. IF YOU ARE NOT FUSSY ABOUT GENERAL STATE OF APTS, DOORS BROKEN, DIRTY STAINED SINK DRAINER, FRIDGE SO SO, ALTHOUGH A DECENT FRIDGE/ LITTLE.FREEZER. YOU NEED TO BE AWARE THE ELECTRICITY IN THESE APTS ARE CONTROLLED BY A WALLED CARD SYSTEM SO TO KEEP YOUR FRIDGE ON ASK AT RECEPTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL KEY CARD. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR AIR CON CARD IN THE SLOT TO KEEP YOUR ROOM COLD AS THEY HAVE A POLICY OF APPLYING A ADDITIONAL INVOICE/ CHARGE DAILY FOR OVER USING THE AIRCON. IT IS INITIALLY CHARGED AT £50 FOR THE WEEK STAY PAYABLE AT RECEPTION ALSO ADDITIONALLY WIFI IS CHARGED AT £1 PER DAY PER DEVICE AND A CODE IS APPLIED TO EACH DEVICE SO NO SHARING-  5 DEVICES = £5 PER DAY. IT IS VERY CENTRALLY SITUATED AND A FEW LOVELY MARKET SHOPS WITHIN 3MIN WALK. ONLY 10MIN WALK INTO THE HUGE MAIN STREET THAT IS MARMARIS.  BIG PLUS, PHENOMENAL SHOPPING & EATING. LET DOWN BY THE STATE OF THE APARTMENTS THIS COULD EASILY BE A 4 STAR STAY BUT SADLY ITS A 2 STAR AT BEST X
