Where do I even begin? ❤️🇹🇷

I actually stayed at Mustis Royal Plaza many years ago, so I had a fair idea of what to expect when we booked again. I remembered the warm hospitality, but I can honestly say it hasn’t just stayed the same, it’s somehow got even better, just like the hotel itself. ✨

We arrived late at night after a long day of travelling and from the minute we got there, we were made to feel so welcome. Enes checked us in quickly and efficiently, the staff kindly brought all of our luggage to our room and Kenzo made sure we were able to get something to eat despite arriving so late. After such a long journey with four children, those little acts of kindness meant so much. ❤️

Every single member of staff we met throughout our stay was friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The food at the hotel is excellent. 🍽️ There is a great choice, the meals are delicious and reasonably priced, but what I really appreciated was that there is absolutely no pressure to eat there. The staff seem to understand that families, especially those with fussy eaters, sometimes like to try different places and they never make you feel uncomfortable about it. They’re attentive and efficient without ever being overbearing, which creates such a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel itself is absolutely spotless 🧹 ✨ Everywhere you look, someone is cleaning, tidying or taking pride in keeping the place looking its best. It really doesn’t go unnoticed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable and the showers are fantastic with plenty of power.... exactly what you need after a long day in the Marmaris sunshine! 🛏️🚿☀️

The pool and slide were a huge hit with my boys 💦 They spent hours in the water and inflatables were available to purchase. If you bring your own they happily blow them up also. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, so there was never any stress trying to find somewhere to sit.

The evening entertainment was fantastic. 🎶🌟 A special thank you has to go to Kenzo, who completely made my little boy’s holiday. He wanted to be right in the middle of all the fun and Kenzo happily took him under his wing, encouraged him to join in and made him feel so included. Watching how kind and patient he was with him genuinely touched me and created memories my son will never forget.

Dragon was also brilliant with the kids around the pool, always smiling, having fun with them and helping create such a lovely atmosphere. It was those little interactions that made the holiday feel so special.

Unfortunately, during our stay my little boy had an accident by the pool. It was every parent’s nightmare when you’re abroad, but Atilla handled everything immediately. He arranged for Medic Marmaris to come straight away, ensured my son got the care he needed without delay and throughout the whole situation we felt looked after and reassured. Thankfully everything turned out well and I’ll always be grateful for the kindness and support we received.

Thank you to Atilla, Enes, Dragon, Kenzo and every single member of the Mustis Royal Plaza team for making our holiday so memorable. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. 💙

Our only complaint? We weren’t staying long enough! 😄

We had the most amazing holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I couldn’t recommend Mustis Royal Plaza more highly. If you’re looking for a hotel with fantastic hospitality, wonderful staff, great food, spotless facilities and an atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family, this is the place.

We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back 🇹🇷❤️ 🧿 💦 🛝 ☀️
