Pasa Garden Beach

What can I say ,arrived at 01.30 in the morning and was told by reception staff our rooms would not be ready until 2pm the next day!!! Told to sit in reception until then, no food or drinks offered no facilities to wash shower and change clothing absolutely a shambles, tried to call on the beach emergency number only to get ai and cut off to the cost of 18.00 pounds on my phone bill, tried there WhatsApp 24/7 but closed on Sundays no rep available. When we got our rooms at 2pm my room no balcony and was like a cupboard room so small but told no other rooms available this is unexceptable from a hotel but management could not be bothered didn't even come to speak to us at all throughout our stay. The bar and restaurant staff fabulous but no animation team as the one man who was there the first day either left or was sacked and not replaced for days, the evening entertainment was abysmal over in 30 mins, so would nit recommend this hotel at all never to return and all I ask for is a clean room and good food well rooms not cleaned and food was same mist days.

Rooms definitely not as advertised, was told every room had balcony certainly not the case, young Russian man on reception rude, rest of reception staff smiley and said hello. Hotel manager extremely ignorant, didn't even acknowledge you, Mustafa entertainment guy who arrived few days ago was absolutely lovely, thank god Tony left who originally was entertainment guy. Towels were not changed just folded , bedding not changed , floor not mopped, obviously not bothered about cleanliness in this hotel as we saw. This hotel has so much potential as is situated in excellent setting near shops, beach, maybe have management team in who care!Bad management!

After looking forward to a nice family holiday we was left disappointed on arrival we was told there was no rooms available for us and to be told we would have to wait till 14.00 this was a complete lack of communication between On the Beach and the hotel as On the Beach had changed our flight times we arrived at the hotel around 1.30 am and was told we would have to wait in reception till then we was absolutely exhausted we was not offered refreshments or anywhere to freshen up the communication with the receptionist was non existent he was more interested in talking to another worker and drinking coffee and going outside for a smoke so we spent almost 12 hours waiting in reception we finally got our rooms which was another disappointment nothing like we expected no balcony like we had asked for on our booking we walked out our door to be confronted with the cleaning equipment it felt like we was an extension of the cleaning cupboard cleaning of the rooms was a lot to be desired had to go hunting for toilet paper and not sure if towels were clean every day or just refolded and put back on towel rack the entertainment through the day was almost non existent the evening entertainment was mediocre,food was hit and miss on the plus side you cannot fault the staff very friendly and accommodating especially the two young men on reception who were so helpful would I stay here again sorry no I have never stayed in a hotel where the manager has never acknowledged you are there and said good morning/afternoon when passing how this is classed as a 4* I will never know
