Sunbay Park Hotel

I asked for a bottle of water and was told only for boss. This place needs a complete turnover. The food is slops either chicken if you can call it that or fish cater for Russians and Turkish if they cannot provide food for British people then do NOT take bookings from the British. We had a broken chair that we reported 3 times to 3 different reception staff I got boss ond got fixed after this. This is the worst food and cleanliness I have ever saw. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place. There is NO GYM NO INDOOR POOL as advertised at the front of hotel. Breakfast was in my booking as 7:30 it didn't open till 8am. My husband and I ate out as the food was horrendous. The chef walks around with dirty trainers on and a leather baseball cap wipes his nose with his hands and touches food plates ect.

Stay away I do not recommend this place and I'd say and I'm being kind it's a 2* The boss his family and friends are there every day in pool it's a free for all for them. It's horrible. I can't believe tui is advertising this place it should be shut down. Our transfer didn't arrive so the bar staff called their friend gave her m 50£ omg I thought we were gonna die no wonder he wanted the most ney upfront honestly never been so scared in my whole life. The pictures of the child's pool is not from this hotel. Horrible memory of beautiful turkey but I've learned my lesson and have found some great hotels. Please don't book and tui should not be advertising this place.

Food is not labelled it is fish or squashed meat on a BBQ every night.🤮

If this hotel doesn't cater for British they should NOT accept bookings from us it's that simple.🇬🇧

We didn't eat here as it's the worst food I've ever saw. Chef wore jeans dirty trainers and a leather baseball cap🧢 didn't do much but WIPE his nose with his hand and touch food plates and utensils🤮🤮 walks around like some kind of king being nasty to other staff.

The waiting staff speak little english but they try their best. The cleaner works hard.

The boss man wasn't to pleased when I approached him with photos in hand he looked at me like I was poo on his shoe. Arrogant man and needs to know he has to improve his hotel or its curtains I'm afraid.👋 The boss man has a huge family that use the hotel like a backyard party and all waiting staff are at their beck and call. I asked for a bottle of water and was told don't have then we have but can't give only for boss man.😡

Simple changes at this hotel can make a big difference. Simple as in food labels 🏷️ British food macaroni cheese bacon sausage beans pizza 🍕 No coffee till 8am is a no no for a all inclusive States breakfast is 7:30 it's not. No entertainment whatsoever💃 All drinks shut at 10pm 🤣 it's a joke right? No seriously

Big improvement needed here I would rate this hotel 1star it's that bad don't waste your hard earned cash on a wealthy man that couldn't give a toss where his money is coming from or careless about others forgets where his bread and butter comes from.

If your British 🇬🇧 Don't GO HERE.

Everything was wonderful; I came with my family and stayed for ten days—I highly recommend it. The staff, food, and drinks were truly fantastic. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The music playing by the pool was great, too. Many thanks for everything; given the price, I will definitely be coming back next year.
