this place spoiled our week away
Worst place I have ever stayed at....food awful...rooms are dated and scruffy ....I took my 2 sons aged 24 and 21 for a week all inclusive... ended up eating and drinking out all the time costing us double of what it should of ....the pictures they show of the hotel must of been taken many years ago...the sun hits the scruffy sun loungers about 2pm and the pool is ice cold all day ... on your last day they don't give you any room to change your clothes or shower...If you value your time away do not book this dump it's awful ...seems to cater for Turkish people not Brits ..... take my advice as I'm not a fussy person at all but this place is not good at all
Perfect
We had fantastic time specially our waiter Freddie went above and beyond could not do enough for us works all hours and always with happy smile he came to work. We always looked forward everyday seeing him .
Great hotel
Lovely hotel, Freddie our waiter was absolutely fantastic and always had time to come and chat and always kept us supplied with drinks. This man should be paid alot more for his customer service.
Awful disgusting waste of money
I’m due to fly home today after 10 awful days at this hotel I definitely do not recommend any English family to go to this hotel not one of the staff speak a word of English and all the guest are foreign have to communicate through google translate we were there on a all inclusive wow what a joke that was you couldn’t get a bottle of water was tap water in a little cup breakfast 8-10 lunch 12.30 -2 then nothing till 19.30-21.00 no snack bar nothing we eat out every night apart from 1 lunch time when they had chicken strips but that was 1 day out of 10 breakfast was diabolical all catered for foreign family’s I know you get what you pay for but we expected at least something to eat everyday and snack bar etc we came as 2 adults and 3 kids cost £3588 and spent £3325 due to it been that bad no entertainment what so ever a little bit music but yet again that was foreign
