The Beachfront Hotel

We stayed on the first floor. The room was a little small, but it was more than enough space for myself and my partner. The beds were comfortable enough, although the pillows were far too thick for our liking. Occasionally, in the evenings, there was quite a strong smell of sewage, but thankfully it never lasted very long. The cleaner always did a great job, and overall the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being right next to the beach and having its own private section. The two lads working on the beach were always happy to help and were constantly checking if we needed a drink. They even came around with their ice cream bowls, which was a lovely touch.

In the evenings, it can get a little noisy as the hotel is right next to the bars and also has its own DJ and live music. However, things quietened down around midnight, so it wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

The restaurant was amazing. Irish, one of the waiters, always went above and beyond. No request was ever too small, and he would always stop for a chat and give us great advice on the best shops and places to visit in Marmaris. 10/10 for Irish!

The breakfast buffet was probably the biggest disappointment, as there wasn’t a huge amount of choice, but we made do. Lunch and dinner were from a set menu, and the food was always hot, tasty and enjoyable.

Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our stay here. Despite a few minor issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the location was fantastic, and the restaurant was excellent.

We arrived very early morning and was left on a street away from the Hotel and we were a bit wary, we need not have been, It was only around the corner but we were pleasantly surprised by the way we were greeted. 2 men helped us with the cases we were quickly booked in at reception and shown to our room, then one of the men brought us a sandwich and a drink which was thoughtful. The room was small but clean, decent size bathroom with hairdryer. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were supplied. We went down for breakfast and same again greeted by the friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with omelettes made for you if you wanted them. We then headed out to the beach which was across a small promenade. The beach was clean and tidy, the sunbeds comfy and the staff were excellent Fernando and his cousin kept us topped up with water and drinks. It was very hot when we were there but they ensured we were all okay. The lunch and evening meals were nice you could choose from a menu, but got your own starter and dessert. The staff were very good Ozzy and Irish kept us supplied with drinks, the bar staff were efficient and soon got to know our drinks. It was a well run operation and the manager was always checking everything was okay. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend this Hotel. One thing would be nice in the room would be a full length mirror. Other than that all was good. A few nights we were kept awake by the music at the Hotel next door but that is not this hotels fault.

The location is good literally on private beach. Rooms are boutique style with no drawers. Beds are OK. TV has BBC news & 2 other english channels. The air con is good but positioned right over pillows so hard to sleep with it on. Also the unit is on the very small balcony & chucks out very hot air so you can't sit there with air con on. (see pics) We upgraded to AI. Big mistake. Very limited menu. Pasta & burgers on menu every day plus choice of 3 different mains. However the breakfast is ok freshly made omelets, poached or fried eggs. Also you can only get ice cream at lunchtime? The little cakes are quite nice though. The AI drinks are very limited. There is a DJ 6 nights & a band one night. So no real entertainment. I wouldn't return.
