Ok stay
Just returned from ATA lagoon beach hotel, stayed 1 week. Location is good but on a busy and noisy road. We requested a room overlooking pool area which was on 1st floor in first block. 1st impression of room was small but manageable. Only downside was around sink and shower it was mouldy . It’s advertised that tea/coffee in room but only on arrival and not throughout stay, then it’s only 2 x teabags. A kettle and fridge are provided . Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided if you left them on floor. Only thing I need to say was when cleaner cleaned room she left the balcony door open. There is no safe in room but you can request a safe behind reception. Pool area was always cleaned and never had issue getting sunbed . Hotel did offer half board but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was ok and you could ask chef to cook omelette and eggs fresh. Overall stay was good.
Dirty, unfriendly hotelmanager, moldy old rooms
Unfortunately, our stay at Ata Lagoon Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room was far below what we expected from a hotel, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned.
What made our experience even more serious was an incident involving the curtain. In the evening, while we were opening the door, the entire curtain frame suddenly came down and fell onto our heads. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a genuinely frightening and potentially dangerous situation.
We immediately reported the incident to the reception during the night, around midnight to 1:00 AM. We expected the hotel management to take the situation seriously, check whether we were injured and make sure that the room was safe. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
What was particularly upsetting was the attitude of the hotel manager. Instead of showing understanding, concern and hospitality towards guests who had just experienced a potentially dangerous accident, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. The manager’s attitude was not guest-friendly at all and made an already unpleasant situation even worse.
A hotel should provide not only a comfortable stay, but also a clean and safe environment. Unfortunately, we experienced neither.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. I strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider the cleanliness, maintenance and overall management of the hotel before booking.

Amazing hotel due to location, standard of room and cleanliness. Absolutely great hotel ❤️ I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Oludeniz and this is definitely one of the best. Highly recommend it ❤️🔥
Awesome stay
An amazing hotel set just off the main area of Olu Deniz , great facilities , lovely staff from reception to cleaners , very clean rooms and facilties . Very good food from breakfast, bar snacks to evening meals . Definitely worth staying here as its small and friendly and defo worth the stars The only downside not enough sun loungers and guests putting towels on beds and not even using them till later in the day. Overall amazing !!
Perfect location
Staff were friendly and the location was perfect with close walking distance to everything we needed and the sea! The pool was very nice and the bar was always open and accessible - however the sun beds need a bit of a clean as they’re quite grubby. The room also needed a bit of maintenance as the bathroom was quite damp and rusty. The breakfast wasn’t amazing but for the price we paid I couldn’t complain. Would still definitely return if coming back to the area🩷
