Family holiday
After a very late arrival 01.30am and a few hiccups with the room allocation and having to be moved our holiday started the next morning. If you read other reveiws they say the rooms are dated,in my opinion it's the dark wood furniture ,they are clean, tidy and cleaned on a daily basis The hill to the top blocks can seem a bit daunting but plan your day and take everything you need for the day with you when you go to breakfast and leave it on your sunbed.Food was of a very high standard something for everyone. Staff were very hard working and friendly.special shout out to Burkey who organised darts,water polo and volleyball he made my 2 boys feel very included .All in all a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again
Excellent hotel.
Currently here at Greenland on day 6 of a 9 day stay.
Room. Staying in block 6 around the quiet pool, the de luxe rooms are a good size, decent balcony over looking the pool, no issues at all.
Food and drink No issues here either, lots of choice for all meals, freshly made pancakes,fried eggs,omelette's at breakfast, lots of variety at dinner and tea, meat options, fish, pasta, rice and for those wanting to keep it simple chips, burgers/hot dogs, chicken etc. Serve your own wine for dinner and tea. Restaurant staff are polite, attentive and helpful. Snack bar at either pool is spot on if you were missing a meal. Drinks are also decent, cocktails a little syrupy but not too bad, much better than last year at St Nicholas park.
Pools. There are 2 pools, the main kne by he restaurant is lively, music, games etc, the top pool is the quiet pool and is just for chilling, both have their own bars and snack bars, both always well cleaned. No issues with sun beds and towels at all.
Staff. Staff are always friendly, especially Hassan and Berkay on the entertainment team, always happy to have a laugh with guests. All staff work very hard but still have time to chat and laugh.
Entertainment There has been outside Entertainment most nights, weve had Colombian dancers, African gymnasts, live music, bingo, karaoke, Mr Greenland, all pretty good tbf.
Location Greenland is a couple miles out of Hisaronu centre, bout £5 each way in a taxi, there isn't much h around unless you want to walk for 20 mins, then there a few bars and restaurants on the way towards town. Hisaronu itself is lovely, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants to go at, couple of nightclubs if you wanted to let your hair down. Legends bar is good, as is reds, but as were All inc we only went into town a few times. We ate out at Buzz beach bar in Olu Deniz, lovely spot and reasonably priced especially bearing in mind its location on the beach front.
All in all an excellent holiday, its our second time here in 4 years and seems a bit better this time, altho we had no issues the first time. Cant understand people who would k o k this hotel, main complaints seem to be about the hill from bottom to top pool....yes it is fairly steep and yes most reviews mention this, as does the hotel on its website, if you read a review and it tells you ogmf a steep hill why then moan about it on your review? Makes no sense!!
Anyway, safe to say we would be happy to return to this lovely hotel, if your thinking of booking then do, you wont be disappointed!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel with a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We were very pleased with the good choice and variety of food available throughout our stay, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and made the whole resort feel very well looked after. Everything was clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely consider staying here again. A great hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Ignore any bad reviews, this place is 10 out of 10
long but possitive. August 17th for 14 nights. Have been home for 3 weeks and i still have the holiday blues. I would definitely return every single year. the surrounding area doesn't look good, but once you step into the hotel reception, its absolutely beautiful. We arrived very late and was greeted by a grumpy old man. Leaving my house on the Monday morning at 09.15 for bus, train, metro then replacement bus service to the airport, it was a very long day. the room we were given wasn't good so i went straight back to the reception, we were moved the next day. There is 3 things i do not like about this hotel though, there are no lifts, there is no cash machine and its on a very steep hill, so if you have breathing or mobility issues, request a room in block 1. I have back problems as well as a couple other issues and i struggled sometimes. The hotel itself is immaculate, the cleaning staff are always cleaning, if you dont need a clean and use the door sign, they still leave a big bottle of water and toilet roll outside your door. all areas of staff are brilliant, Hasan who is the entertainment manager is always around and happy to help along with Berkay who is the dj and everything else. there is various entertainment on every night starting with the kids disco. Bar staff were great too, Salih and Omer were so funny, they see you coming and have your drinks ready for you too. Food, what can i say, absolutely beautiful and the soups were the best iv ever tasted, at breakfast there is omelettes and pancakes cooked to order and the queue can get long in all the all inclusive hotels we have stayed in, this hotel definitely the best tasting food. If your looking for boat trips, see the entertainment guys hasan & berkay, they will also point you in the right direction for other day trips. there is water polo and volleyball in the pool every afternoon, darts on the morning and there is also table tennis, free ice cream for an hour on the afternoon. There is also a free bus to oledenize from the hotel. you do have to pay for the safe deposit box that is in your room and there is no iron to rent, but there is a laundry service which is cheap. Transfer is roughly 90 minutes. All in all, myself and my 15 year old daughter had an amazing holiday and cant wait to go back.

What can i say only thank you to the staff at greenland for a great vacation , the rooms yes dated but adequate , the entertainment was great , however the food is amazing pure bliss eating here , plenty of choice and top quality , one caveat please please do not visit sports direkt in hisaranou the shop owner there is horrendously aggresive
