Amazing and unforgettable holiday
We keep coming back to this beautiful hotel, and it’s truly the best in the area! The atmosphere is always amazing, but what made this year even more special was the wonderful and welcoming animation team. A special mention to Yasmin, she is always smiling, comes over for a chat, and dances with us. Her warm and friendly personality really made our evenings even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Yasmin, for making our experience extra special!

Well that's us just home from our 15th visit in 12 years - the reason we keep going back to this special place is the warmth of all the team who want to connect not just serve, the quality and variety of food, the sheer variety of things to do, the high standards of cleanliness and great & improving entertainment.

Amazing holiday - highly recommended
The hotel was amazing, it was clean and well kept The rooms were nice and the cleanliness was great The animation team was brilliant , Jacob, Mr Happy and Ozzy especially. The party nights were fantastic We thoroughly enjoyed the mixology bar at sunset with a cocktail. Lots of activities going on throughout the day The beach was nice but you do need beach shoes to protect your feet due to the stones. The main buffet restaurant had a huge amount of choice and the staff were very attentive. The coffee shop and patisserie were great I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again

Another amazing stay
A wonderful hotel; we visited as a family of 4 and had an incredibly enjoyable time. Everything was fantastic—especially the magnificent animation team, who truly made our days more enjoyable. Mr Happy at the darts was fab, Ozzy at archery, whose explanations and ‘honesty’ made you great archers and Roxy, the hardest working fitness instructor I know. I did the ‘full house’ attending every 10am session over our two week stay. I just wish everyone else realised the sessions started at 10am! 😉 The cleanliness was excellent, the maid very keen, arriving well before my 16 and 14 year olds were out of bed. The mini bar was well stocked but we missed the salted cracker sticks that are our favourite snack to eat in the room. The food was lovely, as usual, but some of it not as hot as it could have been, especially in late breakfast. The drinks and bar service was, on the whole spot on. However, sometimes I was completely ignored at the bar and all the men were served before me. I walked off on a couple of occasions. Our server in the restaurant during some of the dinner services was like a Tasmanian devil. He ran around cleaning tables, bringing drinks before we knew we needed one and carrying multiples full trays, all at speed. W didn’t get his name but he needs a mention. When he was moved sections, he asked the girl who was serving us to give us the same excellent service, which she did. The evening entertainment, including the live music, was delightful, and the animation team's costumes really added color to the night, creating an atmosphere that perfectly matched the theme.
