Awkward start to hols
Currently staying here above the swim up rooms, I always try and give a fair and honest reflection. On arrival staff were really helpful and friendly took out bags to our rooms, which is where a few issues started… first I think they mixed our rooms up as we had a party of three and a party of two the party of three didn’t have space for a third bed(picture will explain). They then put a cot in the room for a 7 year old child, this then took them over an hour to sort. The staff member on reception was in all honesty a really nice chap obviously rushed of his feet and stressed but the reaction I had when for the third time after midnight of going to reception to try and get this bed for my daughter who was exhausted by now was somthing that to say the least upset me a touch, (I have all this paper work too finish he says) I was not a happy chappy. Finally got the bed sorted. Pool and bar area look great and room apart from being small is fine. First impressions this is a 3 star hotel with a staff that try hard and are the heartbeat that keeps it going. Lovely views also from pool view room.

A great hotel staff are so good. also there is something for everyone.this is my second visit i was out with family last year this year iym with a wedding party .yasmin was great in the resteraunt .the entertainment team was good.w would highly recomend this hotel .
Amazing Experience
Amazing hotel! Perfect location. The staff were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were fantastic, with spacious showers, incredibly comfortable beds, and the most beautiful balcony views. The pool was large, spotless, and a great place to relax. The animation team did an excellent job keeping both the kids and adults entertained with a great range of activities and games. A special mention goes to the new Sky Cocktail Bar above the pool. The barman, Swype, was exceptional. His friendly service and amazing cocktails made our experience truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back! Thank you to all of the staff!
Great stay!!!
Had a fabulous stay at Montabello Resort. Swim up room well worth it. We shared pool with just 3 other rooms. All of the other guests staying in these rooms during our stay were really friendly and we had a great time getting to know them all. A big ‘shout out’ to our cleaner, appreciated her looking after us for the whole duration of our stay. Food choices plentiful and in our opinion very good. We chose to eat out a couple of night’s because we wanted to rather than having to. Animation Team great. We had a fabulous stay and would 100% recommend this hotel.
Awesome amazing stay
Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning swim up clean rooms. Great service and awesome food choice which you never get bored of even after 2 weeks stay. Friendly polite staff. 100% in all areas.Already booked again💯👌🏼
