This hotel consists of 99 rooms in 7 blocks and features a large, spacious garden and pool area, over-looking the Babadag Mountain. Within a couple of minutes' walk from public transport, the complex is located in Ovacik, a small district just 2.5 km from the hilltop resort of Hisaronu and a 10-minute bus ride from the beautiful lagoon and beach at Olu Deniz. Some small shops, café bars and restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, while a wider range of shops and lively bars are available in Hisaronu.

Disappointed this year!
This was our 2nd time staying at Yel. We stayed at the same time last year. Deciding to return on the back of that holiday. However, the experience wasn't great this year! Well were in an attic room, which was ok! But the balcony was completely unusable! The door opened onto it and was just about big enough for 1 person, at a push! Last year our maid was absolutely outstanding! My daughter wanted to adopt her and bring her home! This year it was not the case! The most she did was to make the beds, which we had already done anyway! The food was dire! Honestly, come on Yel! This needs improving! It is NOT acceptable to serve chicken in some kind of sauce and rice for lunch and dinner almost every single day!! If i never eat chicken again it will be too soon! Its a shame because the new chef is such a lovely guy! I wasn't well this year! Last year I wouldn't have heard of it being down to something I had eaten, this year I couldn't be so sure! But my biggest gripe is this, at snack time my daughter waited 45 minutes for a chip butty! Having watched Turkish guests being served first and several times I sent her up to ask if she could please have her food. I watched as the staff member held her hands up at my daughter and laughed! The same staff member then turned to another staff member and said something, and they both then laughed! My daughter struggles terribly with social interactions, especially if she feels she is complaining! It took all her courage to do this and that was what she got! I then got involved and they did NOT laugh then! Disgusting! I find the reception staff to do 'just enough'! They aren't friendly or overly helpful! There are certain staff members who are brilliant, Muhammed and Eniz behind the bar, Gadget and Gizmo and the pool guy! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys!
I had forgotten just how uncomfortable the beds are! It is literally like sleeping on a rock hard ironing board! And the pillows aren't much better! The best thing about the accommodation is the water pressure in the shower! It's sooooooooo nice and powerful!
The hotel, although a little out of the way and right at the back end of Ovacik, is surrounded by the most beautiful views! You can see right across and down to Oludeniz and the scenery of the surrounding mountains is simply breathtaking!
The public toilets may as well be in some sort of dungeon! There is no way on earth I would let my daughter or anyone else for that matter go down to these disgusting toilets on their own! It is an 'incident' waiting to happen! Last year we didn't realise this because our room was literally the other side of the pool, so we used our own toilet!
Overall, we were disappointed this year! Well are looking at hllodays for next year and will probably go elsewhere! Such a shame. A few small adjustments and this could be a lovely little place!

Loved every second
we've been coming to this hotel for 4 years now and look forward to returning the following year the food throughout the day is good, loads of different food choices, my favourite is the snack bar the bar staff are amazing they will always do there best to match the drink you want, they are always smiling and good to chat to, our favourite bar staff is Enes he will go out his way to make sure all the guest are happy and will make sure everyone is happy with there stay, he is super friendly gadget and gizmo the entertainment team are amazing, they make sure they deliver the activities throughout the day, they are happy to answer any questions you need answering, they always make sure everyone has a smile on there face, they will help with good recommendations for days out or places to eat, they provide good entertainment for the night making sure there is a mix of English and Turkish music, gadget and gizmo are there to make you feel safe and would love to welcome new guest the rooms at the hotel are a spacious, the room was enough for us as we were only in our room to get ready and sleep as we was out most of the time always a sunbed available for us we cant fault this hotel its always amazing and we cant wait to return and already looking to book for next year
Amazing stay!!
A wonderful week spent in Yel hotel!! This hotel is brilliant it has the most amazing scenic views the mountains surrounding the hotel are beautiful! We loved the week and was gutted to leave.
The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble lovely food and drinks. Options to have snacks and ice cream on an afternoon too! The rooms are cleaned every day and the maids were lovely fresh bottles of water also provided.
The entertainment was brilliant too both Gadget and Gizmo make the hotel and work so so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. There is entertainment on all day and the shows on a night were great too!
We couldn’t fault this hotel and will be returning next year we can’t wait already!
We have stayed in many other hotels in the area but this one was by far the best!

We have just returned from 10 days.
Hotel about 1hr15 from airport.
The hotel has a supermarket underneath. Staff rude and obviously, all Turkish stock, but ok for snacks. Some lilo’s, sun creams and toys.
The hotel is not near anything else. Really set back from any shops, beach etc.
They do a shuttle service everyday at 10am until 5pm to Billy’s beach. Lovely beach, £10pp.
Taxi to Hisaranou about, 10mins and about £5ish, Olu Deniz, about 10mins and about £8ish. Press the button in reception for taxi.
The reception can also order take away delivered to hotel.
Bar in reception area that is a paid bar.
Gym, pool table and table tennis table.
Rooms: very small with small balconies. Ok but dated. Air con really cold. Cleaned daily and a bottle of water left daily.
Hotel has a lot of stairs but there are ramps for pushchairs etc. it steep!
Pool area nice. Slide open 10:30 for 1 hour and 2:30 for 1 hour.
Signs for kids club but never saw it open.
Kids area, definitely needs a clean and touch up. Baby Swings, slide and see saw. Broken tiles on floor and just generally scruffy and run down.
Rabbits and tortoise. Never clean water or food so we made an effort to try and feed/water them!
Breakfast: 8-10am. Normal eggs, beans, Turkish sausage, salad, fruit and cheeses. Omelette station outside.
Lunch: 12:30- 2pm. Chips, salads and always some sort of pasta and meat dishes. Fruit and cakes.
Snack: 3-4:30pm. Burgers, jacket spuds, pizza, chips, Sandwiches and nuggets.
Dinner: 7:30-9:30. Didn’t really have dinner! Roast dinner on a Sunday.
Ice cream: 3:30-4:30. The queue was always so long!
Drinks ok, normal coke, Fanta, sprite, draught efes and shorts. Also had tea, coffee, hot chocolate machine all day and night.
Pool area guy worked SO hard all day.
Entertainment!!!!! Mostly terrible. Everyone bangs on about Gadget and Gizmo but I am sorry, I didn’t rate them that highly. I would say entertainment was virtually non existent.
Darts: 10:30 Water aerobics: 11:00 Water volleyball: 2:30ish Kids disco: 21:20 Show: 21:45 Pool time: 8am - 7pm. Cold but refreshing.
WiFi free and good. 1 login per passport number, so have to log phone out for iPad etc
Late check out £30 until 5pm.
Have to get up REALLY early for sunbeds!!
Bar closes 11pm on the button!
All in all, it’s an ok, budget hotel. Real fault is too out the way and no way of walking to any decent shops, beach or restaurant.
Food ok, you won’t starve but just ok.
Drinks ok!
Staff nice enough.
Entertainment poor, but only spent 3 nights at hotel.
