Absolutely love this place our fourth visit. Koon Turan in the Rouge Bar is an amazing Mixologist.

Rooms are very big and the bed is huge and very comfortable. Also very clean. Atmosphere has a very nice vibe, chilled but plenty to do. Good nightlife. Location is excellent Great Value for your money. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back again. 10/10 will recommend this hotel to both family and friends.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay (September 2026) at this hotel. We had booked a garden room based on the pictures shown in the brochure and although it was bright, clean and had a huge bed we were disappointed that the balcony did not match the one shown in the brochure … it was much smaller, poky and a little shabby so we immediately requested a room change which unfortunately could not be accommodated until the following day, so it was a very disappointing start to the holiday not being able to unpack, relax and settle in. The corridors on our walk up to the room were also a bit “tired” and in need of a lick of paint with worn, trodden carpets which were threadbare in places and in our opinion definitely not up to a 5 star standard. However, once we were able to unpack the following day we finally relaxed and settled in to the holiday. But we felt the first day/night were written off. As a goodwill gesture Bianca the Jet 2 Rep arranged to have a couple of bottles of wine sent up to the room which was a nice touch. On a positive all the waiting staff were very attentive… and I want to give a particular mention to Furkan who worked at the Vento Bar…he would remember our drinks and our menu choices and it was always service with a smile! A mention also to Murat who worked the breakfast shift, he would always ensure that we had a table ready and that we were attended to with our morning coffees. He provided a wonderful friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel food was excellent with a varied selection and catering for all dietary needs. The speciality restaurants were not included in the “all inclusive” package and there was an additional charge of around €45 per person should you choose to eat there. The evening entertainment was superb. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and it is clear to see that the hotel gardens are well attended to.
Extensive daytime activities were also plentiful with no pressure to join in if you didn’t want to. The spa area was beautiful. We booked a basic facial package which was very enjoyable and good value for money. We certainly came away with the view that we would definitely like to return again. It was such a shame that the issue with the small balcony could not have been resolved on our first day to enable us to enjoy the full 7 days otherwise I could probably have given the hotel a five star rating.
