Not a great experience
Although the hotel itself was lovely and the location was fantastic, that’s unfortunately where the positives ended for us.
The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day, and we couldn’t fault the housekeeping team. However, as a vegetarian, I found the food options extremely disappointing. We booked an all-inclusive package, but ended up eating out on several occasions because there was so little choice. Most evenings, my options were limited to pizza, chips or salad, which became repetitive very quickly. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, I’d seriously consider whether this hotel is the right choice, as there were very few suitable main meal options.
The pool area was also quite noisy, with loud music playing throughout the day. As it’s a relatively small pool, we often chose to spend our time at the beach instead.
We stayed for 12 nights, which, in hindsight, was far too long. The entertainment was fairly poor, although that’s something we could overlook. The biggest disappointment by far was the food, especially given that we’d paid for an all-inclusive stay.
Overall, while the hotel is in a great location and the rooms are kept spotless, the lack of vegetarian and vegan food choices meant we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Considering the price we paid for this, I wish we’d never of booked here? and additional costs needed to fund better dining elsewhere.
I'm leaving this hotel unhappy this time, after coming here for 3 years.
Hello, the hotel is wonderful, I've been vacationing here for 3 years, but today an upsetting incident occurred and I want to complain. I went to the bar and asked the young, curly-haired bartender named Memet for whiskey. He was rude; first he poured me a glass of whiskey and told me to pour my own. Then he went behind the bar and drank the whiskey himself. Why would he be so rude to a guest? This is the first time I've seen a hotel employee drink so casually. He did it right in front of me. What kind of bartender tells a guest "Pour it yourself"? What kind of bartender does that? My wife and I were very angry about this. I've been coming to this hotel for three years; last year I came with my daughters. I really love this hotel. I don't like writing negative reviews, but today's incident upset me and I reacted this way because it's the first time I've been so angry. The hotel's food and rooms are really excellent and most importantly, the tall, green-eyed animator and the other animator girls, Sanam and Enessss, are wonderful people. We didn't bring our daughters this year but they became like our own children. I wish I hadn't experienced this unpleasant situation. I've been coming here for 3 years and I always leave this hotel very happy, but this time, because of this unpleasant incident and this bartender, I'm leaving disappointed.

We had an absolutely fantastic all-inclusive holiday at Turunc Premium Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel was spotless, with modern, comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day. The food was excellent, offering plenty of variety at every meal, with something to suit everyone’s tastes. The all-inclusive drinks and snacks were available throughout the day, and the service in the restaurants and bars was outstanding.
The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds, and the private beach was just as impressive with crystal-clear water and stunning views of Turunç Bay. Enes from the entertainment team did a great job keeping guests entertained without being over the top.
The location is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, with the charming village of Turunç just a short stroll away and beautiful scenery all around.
We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at Turunc Premium Hotel for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!
Perfect hotel & perfect holiday
For the 3rd year running I have stayed at this hotel. I cannot fault anything at all. Amazing location, it is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere of the hotel is all about luxury and looking after guests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with everything you need. The holiday is not cheap but it is good value for everything you get. The hotel is beyond spotless the cleanliness shines through throughout the whole hotel. The staff are all amazing & work extremely hard especially Destiny who works on reception.
The only downside was that the week went so quickly but we gave already booked for next year and for longer. Cannot wait to be back there.

Animators Enes - I honestly can’t say enough good things about Enes. He is one of the kindest, funniest, and most friendly people I’ve ever met. From the very first day, he made everyone feel welcome, and we became friends with him so quickly. Playing water polo with Enes and joining all the activities was the highlight of our holiday. You can really see how passionate he is about sports—he’s an amazing swimmer and great at every game, but what makes him special is his positive energy and the way he includes everyone. Enes truly has a heart of gold, and in just one week we all grew so attached to him. Thank you for making our holiday so unforgettable. We hope to see you again someday!
Iklim - Iklim is truly an amazing person. She is so kind, caring, and has such a beautiful heart. We became close so quickly, and after just one week it felt like we had known each other for much longer. She always made us smile, and spending time with her was one of the best parts of our holiday. She is an incredible team leader, an amazing dancer, and it’s so impressive how many languages she speaks. She’s also unbelievably good at darts! I’m really going to miss her, and I hope we’ll meet again someday. Thank you for everything, Iklim. You made our holiday unforgettable, and I’m so grateful I had the chance to meet you.
