Disappointing. Wasted potential.
Such a mixed experience. This place has the potential to be amazing but it lacks leadership and management and it’s just okay. The villa was lush (we paid the extra for the large 2 floor white ones). I’m sure the single floor were probably fine and still looked spacious outside. Ours was Beautiful inside and out, spacious, worked well for us, though I’m not sure it would work so well if you had small children. Loved the little private pergola and hot tub for use just for us whenever we wanted and outdoor shower. Everything else felt disappointing in comparison to the other 8 resorts we’ve stayed in across Turkey. We expected it to be full, busy, luxury, open…. Instead it felt like the end of season, closed, skeleton staff, quiet. In some ways it was nice being quiet and in other ways it just felt neglected. I think because it was quite pricey - we expected more. We know Turkey 5* isn’t UK 5* but it felt average if that. The same restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the same menu. They have a drinks menu - but I only discovered it existed when offered on my third evening meal!!! Half a mile walk for a drink! Yes they restock the mini bar - but once a day and not with wine or spirits so off you go for a round trip of a mile for those! Then to take them back to the villa I’m walking with trays of drinks across the resort. Or if you tried to get a drink at the reception bar a bit closer, you basically had to ask them to open it, wait for someone to come, and then hope they had what you wanted or wait whilst they bring that from the further bar. It was so bizarre. All inclusive except you couldn’t get things when you wanted them. Surely that’s why you pay for the convenience? So it’s easy and accessible? Lovely gym - but not open before 9am - not much use if you can’t go to the gym before the rest of the family get up. No fitness classes. Crazy golf was good for an afternoon family play. Liked the outdoor chess board too. Daily visit from the frog in an evening was quite funny. Had to ask for sun loungers for 4 on arrival. Hot tub wasn’t working when arrived and they came and fixed it. Power kept cutting out which made it quite sweaty when the air con went off (especially at night), But they did fix all things promptly). Asked the Jet2 rep for info - didn’t know answers. Said he’d find out and never got back to us. It became a bit of a joke. Visited the sister hotel - they were far friendlier, knew what they were doing, helpful, spoke English. Worth a visit for change of scenery. It’s completely opposite to Batihan Vadi - super busy and crammed in. Lovely warmer pool with a swim up ledge to sit on quite nice.
Was it a nice trip? Yes. Would I go again? No. Would I recommend it? No. Was it good value for money? Absolutely not. Would I appreciate some refund or compensation from jet2 because it feels like what was sold did not deliver at all? Yes. Will I get it? Doubtful.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful grounds, great facilities and quiet nearby area. Easy to get into the nearby Kusadasi in a five minute taxi. The staff constantly go above and beyond (especially Ozzy!!) to make the experience the best it can be.
Our Villa was lovely, very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The superior Villa was excellent. Amazing value for money and we would definitely go back.
Spa and hotel review
6th September 2026 currently at the hotel which so far is just about perfect. Weather is great villa is lovely and yesterday we spent 2 hours at the Spa getting the full works, exfoliating scrub, mud bath, sauna and over an hour of massage. The 2 girls that carried out the full thing were so lovely and god knows how they get that strength into their thumbs but best experience to date. Thanks girls we may be back at the end of our holiday 😊😊 Gordon

Fabulous!!!
The most amazing hotel! We loved it!! Ozzy was an absolute credit and made our holiday fantastic! He couldn’t have done more to help. He is a real gem. Everything was absolute bliss and such a serene and beautiful location. We can’t wait to return!! Only negatives were the wine on all inclusive wasn’t great and the pillows on the beds were rather hard. The bedding wasn’t great (thin blankets) however, housekeeping soon provided us with more bedding when requested. Thank you for a wonderful break and we can’t wait to see ozzy and the team again! Thank you. The jones family.

So conflicted! Massive pros and massive cons
The location is beautiful, set in a valley there is a lovely breeze and it is so peaceful, there are roaming animals, peacocks, hens, ducks and an area for emus, deer and pony’s. Flamingos are in a gated area which you can go up too.
The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and will do anything for you. Im pregnant and asked about alcohol free beer, they don’t stock it so they ordered it in for me. Couldn’t be more helpful and always smile, some staff aren’t great with English but we used a converter on a phone to help.
There are golf buggy’s available to jump in and the staff will take you within the resort. You get a tour on the first day.
The rooms- we stayed in the family suite, 8 rooms with access to a shared pool, never more than 4 families using it at a time so it felt very private. I wouldn’t say these rooms are child friendly. One double for us and two twins beds for our 3 year old. No bed guards are available (I text ahead to ask and was told yes) only cots and she is too old for one. The beds are too high, so she couldn’t get in and out and slept in our bed all week, the one night she tried the twin bed, she fell out. Luckily no injuries. There is good air con but the display on the wall constantly flashes on and off (put something over it at night)
The rooms were always clean and stocked well, if you need anything you are advised to what’s app reception.
You can get a shuttle to the sister hotel on the beach which is VERY different. Takes about 15 mins and is free. You can use your all inclusive there as well and the lady at guest relations was amazing looking after us. when you’re ready you ask reception to call Vadi and they come get you. We didn’t rate the beach but the hotel was good for a shallow kids pool with a slide and change of scenery.
Food Massive pros and cons. The breakfast is rubbish, bread is stale from being left out, things are not served as described for example, eggs Benedict was undercooked eggs on toast with spinach. Lots of fresh fruit and salad items.
The main restaurant is O Garden you have breakfast lunch and dinner here. All à la carte. There are no kids menus unlike jet2s website. So for toddlers it’s mainly cereal and fruit for breakfast. Pizzas and pasta are adult portion size, we learnt to ask them to tweak things, aka ask for spaghetti with cream and cheese. This is the same menu all day. A lot of the food lacks flavour, steaks are all cooked well done no matter how you ask. not one meal came as described, cheese would be missing off pasta, potato instead of mash served with steaks. It sounds petty but it should come as described, this is important to me as someone with allergies. They did however cater to my allergies very well. As this holiday is classed as an ultra all inclusive, I can assure you it is not.
We had an enjoyable week and felt very rested but wouldn’t return as a family. It seems to be more of a couple place
