Ideal location and beautiful sunsets
Excellent location. Easy walking distance to local restaurants, shops and the Marina. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate. Definitely worth booking the sea view. The sunsets were beautiful every night. The food choice at breakfast was excellent. It was buffet service and would suit everyone. We never failed to get a lounger as there was ample to choose from. Often people put towels on the loungers before or straight after breakfast but didn't use them until afternoon time. This was a little annoying. Hair dryer in the room was very powerful. Only UK tv channels were SKY News and CNN but it wouldn't put us off visiting again.
Fantastic
We have stayed here 4 times we absolutely love it. From the rooms to the breakfast to the proximity to everything. It just hits the mark every time. The staff are second to none, the fact they remember our names and provide such a warm welcome year on year. They’re so accommodating our internet was down one night and they fixed it quickly. It’s always sparkling clean and the rooms are so comfortable. Thank you ismail and inci (for making our stay so comfortable) and the blonde girl in Starbucks her happy smile made morning even more special

It just gets better and better
Once again we had the most wonderful time in the Charisma. It has become a home from home for us now as a family of 7. Like any hotel what makes the difference in a holiday is the competence, professionalism, friendliness, approachability and kindness of the staff members. Huge thanks to Leyla in the bar, Gulhan at breakfast (who would have our coffee poured as she saw us approach) Yusaf in the pool area went out of his way to help in whatever way he could. A true gentleman. And finally the manager Eden Eren. We really enjoyed our holiday, the beds are so comfortable and the food is simply incredible. Well done to all the team. Look forward to returning 💜

Best trip
Charisma is 3th visit and its all because of the staff. But the i want to specially mention Humeyra and filiz for their kindess and helps. They looked after us so well. Which made our holiday. Also want to mention Hakki ,hayati for their help in the buffet. Manager Erdem was so kind for us since we checked in. The hotel is clean all the time. It is 10 min walk distance to the city. You must definitaly come here.
