​I stayed with my family for 10 nights at this hotel, so I know how things work here. I have plenty to compare it to, as I am an experienced traveler who has seen a lot with my family. I’ll keep it short and clear. ​Wi-Fi Internet (10/10): Wonderfully fast and works everywhere. I never had the need to use mobile data while at the hotel. It doesn't lag and works perfectly. ​Food (Restaurant level): ​Breakfast (9/10): Overall super, though missing a few of my favorite items like avocado and salted salmon. ​Lunch (10/10): Royal. ​Dinner (10/10): Imperial! Just like lunch, there is always plenty of food for all tastes. The food is hot, a huge assortment, with different dishes every day. In 10 days, there wasn't a single day that disappointed me regarding the food. I got everything I expected and even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the ayran being served, the abundance of fruit, variety of desserts, and the frequency of hot snacks—for example, during the day they bake three types of mini-pizzas by the pool. ​Drinks: I don't drink alcohol, or I drink very little. The beer is tasty and cold, and the cocktails are super—for both adults and children. It's a pity there was no non-alcoholic beer, which I consider a shortcoming for the hotel. ​Kids Club: The girls working there are very friendly. My suggestion to them: involve children more in active games rather than just drawing or doing a couple of dances on stage in the evening. You need to create a desire for kids to go there and encourage them with small symbolic rewards for tasks completed during the day. Don't think I'm criticizing them because they are wonderful, but they definitely need to step up their game. ​Show Time (10/10): This completely blew the roof off! Every evening show was wow. "Flyers of the South," who are world-class stars, performed on Sunday evening. The audience stood up and applauded—it created an atmosphere and euphoria I have only seen in movies. Thank you to the hotel for this from the bottom of my heart. ​Note on timing: The other evenings were great too, but the shows start a bit too late for families with small children. 10:00 PM is too late when you have little ones. Move it to 9:30 PM and everything will be great. Shorten the kids' show or keep it from 8:45 PM to 9:15 PM and that's plenty. ​Pools (10/10): Clean, warm, with staff looking after activities, as well as order and security. No issues finding sun loungers or spots. Everything was super. ​Surroundings (9/10): Green, beautiful, and very tidy. I really liked the environment. A small tip: in the evenings, all the lamps along the paths between the thuja bushes could be turned on. ​Room Housekeeping (6/10): Now this is an area that needs a major step-up. I'm not talking about 29-year-old rooms which are what they are (that requires investment and can't be helped), but we expect a lot more cleanliness. Floors need to be washed every single day in the rooms—not just neatly arranging things and swapping out towels. Cleaning is done carelessly: floors aren't washed, surfaces aren't wiped, and glass/mirrors are left uncleaned. We left a $5 tip hoping it would help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it didn't change a thing. Room 2205, stayed September 16–26, 2026. I think the housekeeper needs to be sent for some refresher training... ​Final Verdict ​Overall, it is a good hotel and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. You will be well-fed, well-watered, get ice cream and mini-pizzas during the day, receive pleasant service everywhere, and enjoy a great mood, good music, and fantastic shows. There is plenty to do, and it is located right next to the city center. ​My overall rating is 9/10 (a very strong nine). I liked it—which means you will like it too!
