Nice Holidays in Kusadasi
I traveled in end of July with my family. Booked two rooms and the hotel grounds are nice.I enjoyed the experience even they gave not so convenient rooms just beside the pool which were very noisy during the day. Anyway the overall experience was positive. Food was great, Entertainment and Service were also good. Rooms were normal for the range and everything was working properly. There was parking in the hotel as we traveled by car and they would offer the valet service for the clients for free of charge. The main problem that i noticed was the sea. It was really beautiful but unfortunately they were making it dirty by themselfes. The workers caring for the beach were not responsible. One morning i noticed that the guy cleaning the platform with water was flushing all the dirt and plastic cups and everything that was on the platform to the sea. Those rubish remained floating on the see the whole day and practically the sea was not usable on that day. The same can be said for the beach without the platform. After 3-4 days of waves there was a big amount of kelp and seaweed on the seashore. The guy responsible for cleaning took a shovel and i thought he was going to clean the thing up. Instead he started with the shovel taking the seaweed and throwing ti back to the sea. It was the most stupid thing to do to make the sea dirty by your own hands. I think the management should change the ways on how to keep the sea clean. Even though the sea normally cleans itself they were not simply letting the process go on. Abnother problem is that one day the beach elevator stuck up at around 4-5 pm with one guy and his little son inside. It was impossible for the hotel staf to open the elevator doors for more than one hour. Just be careful if you decide to take that elevator. Apart from this two things all else was good with the hotel. Nice aquapark for the children as well.

We had an amazing holiday at Infinity Hotel Kusadasi! The hotel is excellent, with stunning views, a fantastic location, and an amazing animation team that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Special recognition to Arda from the animation team. He was outstanding throughout our stay, bringing fun, enthusiasm, and positivity to every activity. His energy, friendliness, and dedication made a real difference to our experience, and he always ensured guests were having a great time. He truly made our holiday special and memorable.

Terrible
Came as a family of 7, food was absolutely terrible, cold. The restaurant is not big enough to accommodate guests. Snack bars they want you to order via qr code. Ice-cream/lollies grown men pushing little girls out of the way to get to them. Kids taking hand fulls. Staff sat around on phones whilst waiting to speak with them. Fridge not stocked daily and only water given each day but it never gets filled. This is definitely not a 5* hotel. Be careful when visiting shops outside hotel they rip you off. It's a fight for sun beds. Definitely will not be returning
