Korumar Hotel Deluxe

Hotel is beautiful and paying a little extra for a sea view room is worth it 100%. Newly refurbished, spotless clean, staff friendly and work very hard. I was there with my young adult sons, 18 and 20 and they loved it too. One of the best hotels in terms of location. Kuşadası town is walkable distance and short ride by taxi.

The only issue we found especially at weekends when hotel gets busier - it’s the sunbed situation. Guests are allowed to save beds by leaving their towels on for hours and hours. Observed few guests falling out when they come back few hours later and find their beds occupied. Not nice to see when you are in such otherwise wonderful hotel. I spoke to management about who admitted that they know there was an issue with sunbeds and staff were told to remove towels but they don’t as who wants an argument with guests and especially when you can speak their language very well. There should be management’s decision how to deal with this situation and stick by it. Notices do not work as no one reads them. We only used by the sea area so cannot comment on situation by the pool. We never had this problem in other 4 star+ all inclusive hotels.

Apart from that - we really cannot fault it! Had amazing holiday and would go back!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay with the family (7 in total). This was hubby and my 16th stay so can comment on the refurbishment over winter. Wow, what a lovely surprise. The hotel was always nice and clean with exceptional staffing and rooms were good, but what a difference now. A lot of money has been spent making the changes which are all amazing.

We had an executive room with a sea view which was beautiful. The family room on this floor was very spacious with plenty of room, even though the single chair/beds were made up. They are both spacious and comfortable single beds. The room did not feel cramped or small and they had plenty of room. Staff in Club Nine Lounge were second to none. Acergyl and Tugce cannot do enough for you.

New lounge area is great and lovely. Nice area to meet and chat with people and also r walk through to the lounge area with nice live music to listen too. Serife is such a lovely staff member and our girls loved her to bits. All the other staff were good too, but she stood out.

Entertainment, although has changed and we really missed not having the fire show any more, our grandchildren really enjoyed what was on - Turkish night, Mongolian circus, live band etc.

Food was excellent, nice variety and kids ate well, plus we did too. Sedir steak house was excellent. Staff are very attentive and we celebrated 2 birthdays in here, plus had quiet dinners too.

We liked that if anyone put towels in a sunbed and didn’t appear before 11am, then towels were removed. We thought that was fair.

We had a couple of exceptionally windy days and the pool was a bit chilly so went to the warm indoor pool and spent an hour or so in there. That was really good for us as people forget it’s there and we had the pool to ourselves.

The hotel is spotless. The staff work so hard to maintain standards. Can definitely recommend.

We look forward to returning in September but just 2 of us this time.

Location is great if you want to be away from the centrum but it’s either a nice stroll or taxi ride or dolmus to town, passing the new Marina shopping mall on the way and bars at the marina. Definitely worth a stroll around.

This review is a little overdue, as we stayed at Korumar Hotel De Luxe last Easter, but I promised myself I would write it — particularly because of the outstanding service and kindness shown to us by the manager, Serkan Egemen.

The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and, in my opinion, one of the classier hotels in the Kuşadası area. Its location is ideal — close enough to enjoy everything Kuşadası has to offer, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel relaxing and peaceful.

The natural swimming and sea area is absolutely beautiful, and throughout our stay we found the staff to be lovely, friendly and extremely helpful.

Our original room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately we had a neighbouring guest who regularly sat on their balcony into the early hours having very loud conversations. We asked if it might be possible to change rooms, and this was where Serkan Egemen really went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly accommodating, arranged a change for us and continued to make sure we were happy and well looked after throughout the remainder of our stay.

What really stood out was his attentive and genuinely helpful nature. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and he took a personal interest in ensuring that we enjoyed our holiday. A beautiful hotel is important, but excellent management and service can make such a difference to the overall experience, and Serkan certainly did that for us.

Korumar Hotel De Luxe would easily be one of the best hotels we have stayed in around Kuşadası, and a large part of our positive experience was down to the wonderful service we received.

Serkan, I am sorry this review has taken me so long to write, but I did promise I wouldn’t forget! Thank you again for looking after us so well.
