This large, family-friendly complex enjoys a superb location above the coast on a rocky promontory, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Kusadasi, a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast. Public transport and taxis run close to the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre as well as to nearby local tourist attractions as Ephesus, located just a 10-minute drive and the House of the Virgin Mary. This luxurious complex includes a wide range of guest rooms featuring land or sea views and a choice of bungalow-style buildings. Sports lovers will find a host of water activities, such as surfing, diving and water skiing. While the little ones are having the time of their lives in the water park, the parents can enjoy a moment of calm in the comfortable guest rooms. Important note: Between 02.12.2019 and 15.12.2019, the indoor pool will be temporarily unavailable due to the renovation of our indoor pool. In addition, our facility has an outdoor heated pool. With this feature, it has the distinction of being the first in Kuşadası.

Beautiful scenery, excellent staff and spotless resort…. BUT?
I am a well travelled family man, the rating please note is not a ridicule of the hotel or its staff - if you have etiquette, manners and genuine morals then this place will haunt you! The positives, staff, scenery and cleanliness is excellent- however they cannot manage the clientele! We are getting up earlier every day to get a sun lounger today 6:30am. Yes if you are not camped out earlier forget the idea of a bed never mind a parasol! Food wise I can only describe as ants descending on the buffet. The normal procedure would suggest two plates of food per person plus extra food for the table! The family and I left eating until 9pm (not by choice, no tables & risk of being stampeded) as there is one main restaurant ( you are entitled to one à la carte per weeks stay) it was still carnage and food warm at best and diminished in variety and quantity, I gave up and decided to settle for cold cheese and meat tonight, only to be told that it closes at 8:30? (restaurant shuts at 9:30) This hotel really needs to rethink its strategy - self service binge should be better controlled! To the management, your staff are a credit to you why are you letting them down!!

It was a very bad hotel. We changed rooms twice, we had a lot of problems because of the bad rooms. The air conditioning in our room did not cool well, the fridge in the rooms was warm and many of the staff were rude and unhelpful (reception and cleaning) I really regret visiting this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone.👎

the hotel was very bad. many of the staff (reception and cleaning) were rude and unhelpful. we had to change rooms because the toilet and bathroom were not working well and had problems, the fridge was not working well and was hot even though we asked to come and fix it. the air-conditioning was not working well and the safe also had problems. when we were going to change rooms we had to wait for many hours and we could not do anything and enjoy our holiday in a good and peaceful way because the staff did not want to provide the real service and help we as guests needed. overall we were not happy with the hotel with their staff and service and I will absolutely NOT recommend the hotel to anyone. i would like to add that the hotel taxi was more expensive than the taxi in town.
Great Holiday Hotel
The weather in this area is great, definitely recommend if your not fan of extreme heat! The staff are friendly especially Abdulrahman by the beach, very friendly and helpful.
