Awful hotel and staff BEWARE
Stay away from here we have had the worst holiday ever im currently in my room being sick and cant move from the bathroom and im 30 mins past check out and im being threatened with security im told I will be escorted from the toilet and security dont care what state im in or the fact I cant get dressed doesn't matter apparently they will dress me
Just not what you expect
We came here as a large family and arrived later than expected due to delays. On arrival the staff of reception were amazing and catered for us well as we were shown to our rooms. As the holiday has gone on we have noticed most staff are rude they do not greet you when you enter the restaurant area or even offer water. The pools are nice but not overly amazing, the hotel cleanliness is awful the toilets smell of urine and the ones on the beach are absolutely diabolical they smell of fish and are rotten. The beach is filthy and all the umbrellas are broken! We went to marmaris a few years ago the people there were amazing. So friendly and wanted to have a laugh with you and would offer to help you etc Here there all stern faced and miserable! The only decent people here were our cleaning lady, reception staff who are incredibly lovely and the entertainment team who actually enjoy making people happy and the entertainment itself was really good! Would I come back? Absolutely never not even if you paid me! We have been to many destinations Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Canary Islands, Greece, Portugal etc and by far I can honestly say this was the worst one yet.
Another Great Stay
So this was my second time to this hotel we was fortunate enough to get a room on top floor with a view and private living space ,Not much has changed in hotel in last 4 years but as I knew what to expect we enjoyed are stay again .Staff where friendly and rooms got new towels each day but could done with a mop around ,A couple times while there the child's pool got closed Yiu to a accident a child did not have nappy on ,yes there is plenty of cats However the hotel has a area by the park and show area so this explains that . Overall another good stay .

First time visit to Kusadasi
We have just returned from Kusadasi and stayed at Ramada Resort, first time in this part of Turkey. Loved it, everything was brilliant, the food, the staff, the only disappointment was the beach, very rocky, couldn't get into the sea, a jetty/walkway into the sea would be a brilliant addition. No other faults, would definitely visit again.
