Where do I start? This has been the best the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had from the moment. We arrived at Melbourne Airport. We were greeted by the Luxury Escapes to a group. They made us very very welcome. Told us what we were doing then when we get to Marley of course there is more she escaped people waiting pointers in the right direction once again not a hassle alone. Let’s get out to the Island oh my God we were welcome by Lilith. She was our host and made it very clear that if I needed anything at all just to contact her and she gave me her details to do that and I did contact her quite a few times and of course she sorted everything if we move on.

Kasun, the Bar manager was this fabulous the Bar immaculate service second to none within three hours. They all knew my name they knew my room I didn’t need to tell them and they knew what I was drinking and then we’re really good if I was drinking mixing my drinks, theypulled me up the other guy PUBUDU, was out to a guide and well not to guide actually he moved in the bar but I asked him that many questions. Nothing was a problem. They just so well together they made sure that we were looked after I did have a wobble and of course the team came Running and collected me lookedafter me. Got me home. The will wheels over at the diving centre and I was practising. I couldn’t go through with it. he encouraged but he didn’t make me feel bad thankfully my companion Sam was able to go with Will and it was a one on one experience five times so well thank you very much. The rest of the dive team fabulous and of course the boat crew was well. I know my name he walked down there hello hello Mr. Glenn I could just go on and on it is a 10 star experience. I think it’s the best value holiday I had and working with Luxury Escapes they allow you to pay fortnightly so you’re not up for a lump sum upfront thank you luxury escapes we love it.

Had an absolutely sublime time at Mercure Kooddo. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such warm hospitality, the staff are beyond lovely. Sandeep was our ‘go to’ guy and he was amazing. If we didn’t need him for anything specific he still checked in with us every day to make sure our stay was perfect, and it was. Some of our other favourite people were Will in the dive and watersports hut and Manvi in the restaurant. Definitely book a guided snorkeling tour with Will, he is an exceptionally knowledgeable marine biologist and he will make sure your snorkeling experience is sensational. The weather was gorgeous, the sea temperature perfect, every single staff member was lovely, courteous and kind and made sure you had everything you needed. The pool bar staff made sure your glass was never empty! Loved those guys! The day spa staff were also amazing and very skilled. We treated ourselves to a massage, for my husband, and facial for me on our first day to really lean into the relaxing vibe. Every moment was magic! Already planning another trip next year.
