Fab holiday!
Such a friendly and helpful hotel. The staff work tirelessly and the food in the restaurants and the buffet are amazing. Would recommend this to anyone. We came as couple but there are plenty of families with young kids and they all seem entertained and having fun. It is such a beautiful place and the facilities are of a really high standard. We have been very well looked after.

All restaurants great. Food was good in all restaurants. Staff at the buffet especially Pamela, Melissa, Chloe and Maria V all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this resort. Beautiful rooms and all public areas were well looked after.

Great destination. Chopsticks restaurant does great food with great service from Zaina.
A must book resort, what a place!
We are on our last night of what has been a holiday to remember! The staff, the food, the rooms, the facilities and everything within the resort is incredible! We have travelled to a lot of all inclusive resorts and never experienced such quality food and options within the al la carte restaurants. Even though Hasu was not included in the package , it is some of the best food we have ever eaten and a must visit whilst staying here. Coming here in September we were sceptical with the weather, but it has been hitting near the 30 degree mark each day with hardly any rain and the constant breeze is welcomed. But the best thing in this resort is the staff, we have been treated like royalty since we arrived. They go above and beyond in every occasion.
