Great family holiday
We had a fabulous time and were thoroughly impressed with the service, food, and overall ambience throughout our stay. The gardens were beautifully maintained and provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Highlights included the fantastic views and stunning sunsets.
All the staff were friendly, attentive, and helped create a truly memorable holiday. In particular, we would like to thank Amrita for the warm welcomes and lovely chats, Imteaz for taking such great care of us in the restaurants, Armaan for working tirelessly behind the scenes in the restaurants, Elody for regularly checking that everything was going well during our stay, and Roshan for taking the time to chat with us on many occasions. Many thanks from the family in Room 717!
There are far too many other team members to mention individually, but we also received excellent service in the Planteur Bar, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping our room spotless and refreshed throughout our stay.
We had a couple of minor issues during our visit, but they were dealt with incredibly quickly and without hesitation. The staff also followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied with the resolution, which was greatly appreciated.
We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

Perfect for family
We were family with to teens and enjoy the hotel very much with perfect locations in north. The food was very good, all three restaurants. The atmosphere at the hotel was perfect and the staff was were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Jayshrae, Annabelle and Siven. We had a family room who was perfect for us.
Birthday Celebration At Le Cannonier
Our family recently stayed at the hotel from 16 July to 19 July to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived until our departure, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you goes to Kim, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality ensured that our stay started and ended on a perfect note.
We would also like to thank Mr. Abdoola from Housekeeping for the excellent room service. Our room was impeccably cleaned every day, and the minibar was replenished regularly. We especially appreciated his thoughtful attention in removing the non-alcoholic drinks from our minibar as requested. His care and dedication did not go unnoticed.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Rukesh for his warm welcome and outstanding service at the Navigator Restaurant. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Chef Nihaal and the entire culinary team for the exceptional food throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious, and the themed dinner buffets were beautifully prepared with a wide variety of choices. The beverages were equally enjoyable and complemented the dining experience perfectly.
We would also like to extend a big thank you to the chef at the Food Truck for preparing the delicious burgers and freshly baked cookies. Every visit was a delight, and the quality, flavour, and care put into the food made it one of our favourite lunch experiences during our stay. Your wonderful creations were truly appreciated by our family.
It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Sakir, one of the gardeners, who enthusiastically explained how the hotel's beautiful green environment is maintained. His passion for his work was inspiring and reflected the hotel's commitment to sustainability and preserving its natural surroundings.
I would also like to thank the yoga instructor for sharing practical techniques that I can incorporate into my everyday life. It was a relaxing and enriching experience.
A very special thank you goes to the wonderful team at the Kids Club. They made our daughter feel completely at home from the very first day. Their kindness, care, and engaging activities kept her happy throughout our stay, allowing us to relax knowing she was in such good hands.
At the Frangipanier Restaurant, we would like to thank Shilpa and Jashan for their friendly and attentive service. Their warm smiles and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable.
Our appreciation also goes to Mr. Viren at the glass-bottom boat excursion. He shared fascinating information about the marine life, making the experience both enjoyable and educational.
My daughter and I also enjoyed massages at the spa with Vidya and Sunita. Their skilled and gentle hands worked wonders. The experience was so relaxing that my little one actually fell asleep during her massage, which says everything about how soothing and professional they were.
Finally, we would like to thank Dimitry at the archery activity. He was extremely professional, patient, and encouraging while teaching my husband and me the basics of archery, making it a fun and memorable experience.
We first visited this hotel in 2020 and returned because we remembered the excellent golf facilities, outstanding cuisine, and exceptional hospitality. We are delighted to say that the hotel has maintained its high standards in every aspect. The quality of service, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall guest experience remain outstanding.

We had a wonderful family holiday here! The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Every staff member was so warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely love to visit again!
