Great hospitality – special thanks to Varun!
We went to Le Suffren last night for a relaxed evening and overall had a really nice time.
The food and drinks did take a little longer than expected, but what really stood out was the service and hospitality we received from Varun. He was extremely friendly, attentive and genuinely did his best throughout the evening to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
What impressed us even more was towards the end of the night when we wanted dessert and the kitchen had already closed. Varun still went out of his way to see what he could arrange for us and tried his best to get us something. We really appreciated the effort.
His positive attitude, friendliness and great hospitality definitely made our night even better. Thank you, Varun, for taking such good care of us — your service really made a difference! 😊

Great place to visit
This hotel is a gem with exceptional service! Kawthar, the waitress, was absolutely fantastic. She was always checking in on me, ensuring my drinks and food arrived swiftly, so I never had to wait. Her friendly demeanour and constant smile made my experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel whenever I visit Mauritius!
An elegant, classy stay in Port Louis
The hotel is right in the Port Louis marina and has its own water taxi to take guests over to Caudan. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Loved the 24 hour gym and especially the reception staff was super attentive and helpful. The breakfast was the only small disappointment, while it was okay, it felt lacking for a hotel of this caliber. Nonetheless wouldn’t ever mind returning here.
