The Heritage Le Telfair Golf and Wellness Resort benefits from an amazing spa facility – one of the most indulgent facilities on the island. A Magical Sanctuary Brought to Life by an Amazing Team
From start to finish, our stay at Heritage Le Telfair was exceptional. The resort grounds are stunning, and the experiences offered are top-notch. The 2-hour quad bike tour with Jerome through varied terrain across the reserve was an incredible adventure! For dinner, the Wagyu steak and prawn ceviche at Le Château de Bel Ombre were out of this world.
Special gratitude to Widley for the smooth transfers, Melvin for being the most attentive personal concierge, and Jossy at the front desk for making everything effortless. Ramba and Kingsley gave us pure relaxation at the wellness hub, and Sheetal provided wonderful service during our dinner at Le Château.
Thank you to everyone at Heritage Le Telfair for making our trip so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay at Telfair
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Telfair. From the moment we arrived we were engulfed in a very elegant, warm and idyllic atmosphere. The clean, well kept environment and amazing grounds of the resort impressed us from the start and naturally contributed to a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Beyond the incredible area of the resort it was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the whole staff that made our stay so special. The personalised concierge service Le telfair offers made the experience exceptionally smooth and adds to the overall professional, gracious and warm hospitality. Many thanks to the very kind, helpful, thoughtful and super organized Ashni for making sure we were well taken care of :) Also a very deep thank you to Spicy. It is rare to meet such naturally charismatic, open, warmhearted people whom you instantly feel comfortable and connected with. Her ability to connect, communicate with guests and make them feel relaxed and at ease is truly exceptional. Her presence contributed significantly to a joyous and postive atmosphere we relished so much during our stay. Many thanks also to the whole staff at the Cavendish bar! We really enjoyed our evenings there :)
Nevertheless, as a wish for improvement, we feel the need to mention the hotel restaurants. Unfortunately the food did not reflect the otherwise high quality and standard of the resort. The price-quality relationship was regrettably inadequate and dissatisfying. The portions were small and the quality was often insufficient (depending on the restaurant). We often opted eating outside of the resort and were much more satisfied.
Overall thank you for a very beautiful and memorable stay!
Unmatched Service, best hotel I’ve ever been to
This hotel is near perfect. Wonderful feeling pulling in to the hotel through beautiful gates. Staff everywhere to help you. It’s just an overwhelming wonderful place. They know who you are as you step out of the airport transit. They have your paperwork in hand and speak to you by name. is beautiful.
The grounds are expensive and really nice. The room was oversized, outdoor patio furniture. Standalone tub, outside shower. Huge pool in the center, which was heated. They have an activity center with bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball, kid center. At least five amazing restaurants
The staff referred to us by name the entire stay. Our personal reception manage named Henin checked in on us throughout the day. Literally knocked on our door to see if we need anything. She was terrific and should be commended on her professionalism. They must do a lot of training because the servicing of the guest is unmatched.
Overall, this was probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Everything is fresh. My son loved it as well, he could not believe how “cool”everything was. He loved the fruit batch at night jumping from treated tree. It was quite a sight.
I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.
