Room Number : 5147 We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was very good, with a great variety and delicious flavours. We especially enjoyed the birthday cake, which was absolutely delicious and made the celebration even more special. 🎂✨
We would also like to give a special thank you to Oceane from the animation team. She is such a nice and kind person, always there to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Her good mood, positive energy, and beautiful smile really made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

We arrived at this hotel on Sunday, waited only a short time for our room. We were upgraded to a seaview room. The room was lovely and spacious, plenty of storage, clean, mini bar filled, dressing gown, tea and coffee facilities. It was a quiet room on the edge of the complex. We used the buffet restaurant throughout our stay. The food was in our opinion amazing, value for money, and every taste catered for. We could not believe the selections available throughout the day. We have stayed in many hotels of this standard before, and feel this one is at the top of our stays. Unfortunately during our first few days my husband had to see the hotel nurse, who was professional. We did end up going to the hospital clinic nearby, staying for 2 and a half days due to severe back sciatic pain. The care was exceptional, and the hotel staff kindly moved our room when we returned to nearer to the reception area. All staff were kind and asked how he was doing, showing genuine compassion throughout our stay. Moving onto the grounds , WOW we really loved this, clean, tidy and beautiful. Every area including the pool areas were clean, comfy and taken care of. The beach although a little stoney was beautiful, just bear in mind this, take beach shoes for added comfort. We did walk a little way heading both left and right out of the beach area, well worth a walk, as the view is picturesque. Bar staff were professional, remember what you drank and always kind, and professional. Evening entertainment was good, and we did enjoy this. Unfortunately due to our hospital stay, we did not have the experience of the booked restaurants which is what we would have loved, this was due to not booking, and also my husband could not really sit for long and needed frequent breaks to walk about. We did tip the staff but the service was amazing whether you did or didnt. The Tui rep was such a lovely lady, who helped us no end. Although our holiday didnt turn out quite as we expected, we could not rate this hotel any higher, we would love to come again, Mauritius is such a beautiful island and we are so grateful we chose this hotel with the help of Tui staff at our local shop.

We had an amazing stay at RIU Palace! Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived.
We especially enjoyed our dinners at the Steakhouse and Kaori — the food, service, and overall experience were excellent. 🍽️✨
A special thank you to Khertish, who was truly amazing and helped us so much throughout our stay. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made our experience even more special. We are very grateful for everything he did for us and will definitely remember his excellent service. 🙏❤️
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was also very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend RIU Palace. We look forward to coming back again! 🌴✨

A very good atmosphere at dinner. Our colleague Lola is the best waitress for our guests. She is very hardworking and knows how to please the restaurant's guests. She is perfect in her work. Thank you very much, Lola, you are the best.
