An exceptional stay made unforgettable by an incredible team
We absolutely loved our stay at Constance Ephelia. The resort and our villa were beautiful, but what really made the holiday exceptional were the people.
Sampath was fantastic, friendly, incredibly responsive and always going that extra mile to make things easy for us.
We particularly loved Adam & Eve restaurant. The lady sommelier was so friendly and knowledgeable. The Chef at Adam & Eve was amazing - not only was all the food delicious, with so much variety, he made extra special efforts to understand our daughter's vegan requirements and he came out personally to talk to her about her food, making sure she had plenty of choice. We really appreciated how much he cared.
A huge thank you also has to go to Mr John. From the moment we met him, he went out of his way to welcome us and make our holiday special. We had the minor inconvenience of some flooding due to excessive rain, but it was dealt with as quickly as possible and never overshadowed our experience.
We are fortunate to have travelled to many lovely places, but we honestly haven't experienced this level of personal customer care on our other holidays.
All the little touches from people across the resort from the special breakfast at Cyann to the busy but varied buffet at Corossol , we felt incredibly well looked after and miss being there.

Amazing Experience - Not to be Missed
The team at Constance Ephelia took hospitality to another level. From the moment we entered the resort, we were treated with a welcome drink and a cold refreshing towel. This is the first resort I’ve been to where you don’t have to remind them to transfer your luggage to the room because it was already there before we’ve arrived to the room. The room was very clean and a welcome drink was served in the room. No comments on the cleanliness and hygiene (10/10). The only comment would be that the terrace furniture needs a little bit more care given the weather conditions (sometimes rainy).
The resort has a dedicated application where you can book your dinners, activities, and tennis/padel courts. The application makes everything easier. The resort has hiking trails and offers complimentary guided hiking trips. Our hiking trip to Ros Lepa was beautiful (amazing scenery) and the guides made sure we were all happy and safe. Customer service is very responsive and helpful (thanks to Lyandra & Deborah).
Food: The resort has multiple restaurant options. The food at Corossol was very fine. The buffet had more than 10 chefs on live cooking stations making sure all details were covered and everyone was happy.
Swimming Pools: The resort has 6 swimming pools. 1 for every group of rooms. The swimming pools are beautiful, clean, and well maintained.
Beaches: The North Beach has an unmatched beauty. Not a rocky beach and the sand is very smooth. Hotel guests get complimentary kayaks, padel boards, and snorkeling kits.
Finally, a point that kept us astonished was that the staff made sure they packed our breakfast to go on the day of our checkout because we were not going to catch breakfast due to an early flight. None of the hotels/ resorts I’ve been do has ever done that. This is called ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
We had a great time, you wont have time to be bored because there’s always plenty to do. Hiking, zip lining, gym classes, tennis/ padel, or just chilling by the beach.
All of the staff were always smiling, chatting, and making sure everyone was happy. Special thanks to Mahadev, Alisha, Rudy, and Chef Samir at Corossol Restaurant. Mangesh from House Keeping. amazing vacation in Constance Ephelia
An Absolute Paradise—We Left Our Hearts at Constance Ephelia!We just wrapped up our stay at Constance Ephelia, and to say it was hard to leave is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely transported into a tropical dream.The first thing that blew us away was the sheer scale and beauty of the property. It is nestled right between two stunning beaches and wrapped in lush, jungle-like greenery. We loved that we could see giant tortoises right on the grounds and walk along peaceful nature trails. Even though the resort is massive, it never felt crowded. The layout is incredibly clever, giving you a sense of total privacy and quiet whenever you want it.Our room was beautiful, spacious, and served as the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day in the sun. Spending our afternoons swimming in the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Port Launay Marine National Park was an absolute highlight. The dining was another major win for us, offering everything from incredible fresh seafood at Cyann to fantastic flavors at Adam & Eve.World-Class Hospitality (A Special Shoutout to Mr. Sathay!)What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special.A very special thank you goes to Mr. Sathay, our wonderful tuk-tuk driver! Because the resort is so beautifully expansive, getting around could have been a chore, but Mr. Sathay turned every single ride into an absolute joy. He was always prompt, incredibly welcoming, and brought the warmest, brightest energy to our days. He is an absolute asset to the team and made our experience so much more memorable!
