Bad experience
They are an unorganized hotel; they don't manage the availability of rooms for their guests. We had to wait for more than 5 hours to check in, even though we had coordinated our arrival time with the hotel. I cannot recommend them.
LAILA AMAZING SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY
Nice Hotel - very Spacious Room we had hosted Dinner with Manette and Bessie very informative -Food was Delicious- its was BBQ Night Buffet Breakfast - hosted by Manette & Michaelle The Cocktail was just wow - Barman Ricardo was friendly
Quiet and relaxing
Idea location,friendly atmosphere, room very spacious. The staff from the restaurants including cafe creole, reception, bartenders all very respectful always smiling a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend Laìla for memorable vacation.
Great place to stay
Just stayed 3 nights en route to Madagascar. Resort was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, A couple of places nearby to shop and eat.
Large room with all amenities. Great bar beside the pool. Recommended.
