Perfect 👌
Excellent service from start to finish. Check in felt really personal & thoughtful. Cold towel & choice of welcome drink. Everything explained in detail by Luciana. Stayed in room 27, a deluxe/superior room with a seating area & huge bathroom & dressing room. Absolutely beautiful furnishings & spotlessly clean. Stayed half board for 5 nights. Different theme for dinner each night. We arrived on a Friday which is Creole night. Fantastic atmosphere. Food is excellent & very attentive staff. All the managers just get stuck in as well to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. We sat at the same table each night (number 39) & our waiter was usually Premababa. He was always polite & helpful. We went on the beach side sunbeds every day & the breeze from the sea was very much appreciated. Beach towels changed everyday. Excellent all round stay

Honeymoon at Paradise Sun
Unfortunately, our experience at Paradise Sun was quite disappointing, especially as we were there for our honeymoon. The food was very average, and the hospitality did not feel warm or welcoming. Many of the staff rarely smiled, which made the overall atmosphere feel quite cold.
The only real highlight was the room being directly by the ocean, the view was absolutely beautiful. Other than that, for such a special trip, we expected a much more thoughtful and memorable experience. Sadly, the stay felt underwhelming and did not live up to what we had hoped for.

We had a lovely week here, a sweet hotel and very comfortable rooms. The seaweed was a bit annoying and we felt this could up raked up like the other hotels along this beach are doing but this didn't spoil our stay. The staff are lovely and polite and very happy to help, with an exception of Cliff, who is extremely rude, sarcastic, patronising and passive aggressive, we felt he enjoyed the tiny bit of power he had over guests, a thoroughly unpleasant man who unfortunately let's down the hotel, especially as he appears to be 'front of house'.

A dream
Paradise Sun was simply a dream! A breathtaking location right on a postcard-perfect beach, with spectacular turquoise water and unforgettable sunsets. The staff were incredibly kind, professional and attentive, making us feel truly pampered. As we were on our honeymoon, we could not have wished for a more magical place. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, service, nature and hospitality. A true paradise in the Seychelles that we will carry in our hearts forever! ❤️

Amazing experience overall, staff was really nice and rooms are perfect. The beach is amazing. On the negative side, Wifi was off for one day and they should arrange common taxis or transport to jetty/beaches cause its expensive and mostly everybody goes the same places.
