Simple food cooked to perfection.
Our dinner at L’incontro Italian&med restaurant at Cinnamon Bentota beach resort was excellent. We had mozzarella as a starter which was delicious. Our main course was spaghetti wgarlic n chilli for veg option and parpadelle bolognaise for my husband both was presented beautifully and taste absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic from Yasadha and the rest of the team Janaha , Eagan and chef Chamad n team. Thank you we’ve really enjoyed our meal.

Outstanding Staff, Wonderful Stay
From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff provided outstanding service. In particular, we'd like to thank Ayodhya, Nalin, and Lahiru for their attentiveness and kindness — their warmth and professionalism made a real difference to our trip.
Heaven on Earth
Stay at Cinnamon Benthota Beach hotel was truly wonderful. Management has done a great job to make sure all staff work as one team. Staff are very courteous and made us feel welcomed. They made everything possible to make our stay a memorable one and they achieved it in style. This stay was one of the best stays in my 39 years of travelling. We have already set our minds to go there again in December. It is an excellent place to unwind and rejuvenate. Thank you all for making our stay a very special one, namely Ms. Apsara, Mr. Sumith, Mr. Dinethra and reception staff, the Chef and housekeeping staff and everyone else including the restaurant, security and gardening staff.
The hotel is surely a 5 star (*****) and the staff too.
Amazing
Amazing experience at Cinnamon Bentota Beach! We visited as a company trip from Opera Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beautiful Bentota beach. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable with a great sea view. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional from check-in to check-out. Food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. Pool, beach area and all facilities were very well maintained. Special thanks to the team for making our company trip so memorable. Highly recommended for corporate outings and family stays. Will definitely visit again!
