We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Citrus, and I would especially like to appreciate Shehan, the steward who took care of us. He was extremely polite, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. His warm smile and professional service made us feel very comfortable and valued as guests. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely puts effort into making customers feel special. Thank you, Shehan, for your excellent service and hospitality! Nice location. Beach front. Rooms are very nice and all the facilities were very good. Staff was very friendly . Food was also good. Wide range of varieties were available . Got a offer through Booking.com

Excellent service, especially from the waiters. A special mention to Mr.Achintha, who was very friendly, attentive, and professional. He did a great job and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly appreciated!
