Outstanding Service and Hospitality
Stayed in the Presidential Suite with a mesmerizing view, in a very convenient location.
The room and the entire property were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
A huge shout-out to the Front Office team! The service was extraordinary, and everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and courteous.
I’d especially like to mention Buddhini, Shalika, Hasitha, Shenura, Shammi, Minura, and Prabath from the Front Office, as well as Krishan from the restaurant. They all went above and beyond to make our stay special.
It was our first stay at this property, and we will definitely be visiting again!

Everything about our stay at Crystal Sands was fantastic. The suites are cozy and modern, featuring stunning direct ocean views. Having our own plunge pool was a huge plus that made relaxing after a day at the beach effortless. The staff creates a fantastic, hospitable atmosphere and is always eager to assist. We especially want to thank Ajith for his warm, professional, and attentive service throughout our stay. Can't wait to return!
