Our stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala was truly an amazing and memorable experience. From the moment we checked in until our departure, the team consistently demonstrated the highest standards of hospitality, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Kasun, the Front Office Manager, and Shihan, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. Their passion, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident from the very beginning. As we are particularly interested in architecture, Kasun took the time to provide an insightful introduction to the hotel's stunning Geoffrey Bawa-inspired design. He even personally escorted us to our room and shared fascinating details about the architectural concepts behind the property. The moment you step into Cinnamon Bey, you can immediately appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of its design.

The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive, ensuring our room was always refreshed promptly. Hats off to the housekeeping team and room attendants for their excellent work and attention to detail. Really appreciate housekeeping boy Sudesh help.

We visited as a group, and the hotel's animation team(Harshani and Lalani) did a fantastic job organizing our games and activities. Everything was well coordinated, entertaining, and enjoyable. The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including a dedicated children's play area, a badminton court, and table tennis facilities, making it a great destination for families and groups alike.

When it comes to dining, Cinnamon Bey offers an impressive variety of cuisine, including local, Indian, and seafood selections. Personally, breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The team also maintained excellent hygiene standards across all dining areas.

The Saturday evening cultural show followed by a lively DJ session in the lobby created a wonderful atmosphere and added a special touch to the overall experience. The swimming pool is spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxation and recreation.

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Fazrin from the Head Office Sales Team for coordinating and arranging our stay. Her professional approach, personalized service, and attention to detail played a significant role in our decision to choose Cinnamon Bey Beruwala.
