I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and hospitality provided by your team at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel.
On 3rd August 2026, our family celebrated a wedding reception at the Earl's Court Ballroom. From the very beginning of the planning process until the successful completion of the event, your team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Madu and Mr. Daham for their excellent support, guidance, and coordination throughout the planning stage.
On the wedding day, Mr. Manoj (Security Supervisor), Mr. Kariyawasam (Manager), and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their commitment, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our special day truly memorable.

Lost and found gold chain
On the 1st of August 2026 I lost my gold chain during a party at the Cinnamon Lake side hotel at Colombar. At that moment, I was extremely worried. We informed the hotel staff and asked everyone who worked there to help for findingout the Gold Chain. They kindly responded me that if they found the chain, they will contact us immediately. Three days later, I received a call from the hotel staff saying that my chain had been found and come and prove it and take it. A security officer named "Nizam" found it and honestly handed it over to the Lost and Found section. I am truly grateful to Officer "Nizam" for his honesty and kindness. He is a very rare person having that much of honesty in todays world. My sincere thanks also go to the hotel management and all the staff for their excellent support and customer care. This experience showed me how trustworthy and caring the hotel team is. Thank you once again, especially Officer Nizam, for your honesty and for helping me to recover my chain. I will always appreciate your kindness and hope this comment will be to indicate the trustworthiness of Cinnamon staff reputation🙏❤️

Pool bar experience
The hotel has a few attached restaurants, I had dinner at the pool bar. It is under new management and Ajith the new manager is really doing great job there. Service was prompt and polite. The beer was cold I chose the tandoori chicken pizza and it was excellent. Nice dough, crispy crust and loaded with fresh chicken cooked to perfection. Great value from the team over there.
