Comfortable and luxurious
Our second stay at the Granbell was even better than the first. Great welcome on arrival with courteous and efficient service at the front desk. Kaushalya was very helpful in explaining all the details of our booking and getting us to our room with minimal delay.
As we stayed for slightly longer this time, we were able to try out both the Minori Japanese restaurant and the main dining restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner in this trip. Food was delicious across the board and the service from the staff, including Nalaka and Dilshan was excellent.
We also got to enjoy the amazing rooftop infinity pool at sunset.
This is definitely our favourite hotel to visit in Colombo.

He drove us from the hotel to the airport and back, and apart from being an excellent driver—which is not always easy to find in Sri Lanka—he is also an amazing person.

Great experience
We had a lovely time. The dinner was great and kavishwara was very helpful and friendly. Great service!!
Nice location
One of the finest hotel to stay in terms of location, cleanliness and great service, may not be economical but not too expensive as well.
Very good room service, I used to wonder what pay they get to do such good service, in my last stay met one Mr. Kishan To whom on the to lift told him if he can clean my room where he busy doing in another room
But he just rushed to my room to clean and said the other room is not an emergency
