Excellent service. We used the pool as day pass and I usually stay here and it’s always a great experience. Jason from the sports centre is very friendly and accommodating.

Stupendous stay
Our stay at the Hilton Residence was truly over the top! The staff, both at the restaurants and the front office, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They were always in touch with us on WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the stay even more comfortable and special.
Great place, wonderful people, and an excellent location. The food selection was incredible—almost too many choices! Being a foodie, I enjoyed every bit of it.
We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for more nights. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel - thoroughly recommend!
This is a SUPERB hotel! Amazing, spacious rooms. Fabulous pool (especially at night 🤩). The most varied and delicious breakfast. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff - in particular Suren (who did not ask specifically to be named but simply has to have a mention - he remembered our names and greeted us every time he saw us as if we were old friends staying in his home - nothing was too much trouble). Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo, and hope to return ourselves one day!
Wonderful Stay, Beautiful Wedding, Lasting Memories
Our wedding at Hilton Residences Colombo was truly an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special day. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms were beautifully designed, the décor was elegant, and the stunning view of the Lotus Tower made our stay even more memorable. We also really appreciated the complimentary offers and amenities that came with our stay. They were a nice touch and made the overall experience feel even more special.
We held our wedding reception at the Union Ballroom, and everything was organized beautifully. From our very first discussion right up until the end of the event, Ms. Kashmira Pathirana was incredibly supportive, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help with our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day without any worries. Her dedication and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we're so grateful for all her support.
A special mention has to go to the food, it was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, and many of our guests complimented the taste and variety of the food. We've received so many positive comments from our family and friends about how much they enjoyed the meal.
Thank you to everyone at Hilton Residences Colombo for making our wedding day so memorable. We will always cherish the wonderful memories we created here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hilton to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.
