Good stay for reasonable price.
Overall, the location was convenient, and both the service and reception were excellent. However, we were provided only one access card for a family of four, which was quite inconvenient and definitely something that needs improvement.
Breakfast was very good, offering a nice mix of Western and Sri Lankan options. The swimming pool is quite small, and the restricted hours were a bit frustrating.
The stay was reasonably priced and generally comfortable, though the AC occasionally didn’t seem to work properly, which was one of the main concerns.
Terrible service, Poor communication.
Absolutely terrible experience. Called the hotline to book a dinner for a birthday treat with my family. They confirmed the booking at Royal Code. And when we arrived, there was no such booking made. And they didn't even simply arrange the table even when we went there, their solution was to arrange a table at Sky lounge,
This was such an embarrassment.

Best place to stay in Colombo
Best place to visit , the best hospitality staff was very helpful and a special thank to Mr Asri for the upgrade and recommending the best room . When I visited Colombo I will definitely stay here
