Various food buffet and their service
I visited this hotel 4 times this year and stayed more than 40 days for my business. I was much satisfied for their services laundry, lounge, restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Especially 1st floor restaurant made me much satisfied and comfortable with lots of menu, international food events (e.g Vietnamese, etc). Their all staffs are very kind and make us comfortable everyday so I was able to stay their without any difficulties. I would like to appreciate to Ms. Nimasha Saman who provide proper guide and service with a bright smile at a buffet restaurant. If someone visit and stay in this hotel, everyone can recognize she is very wonderful staff.

Vietnamese coffee experience
Went over to experience their Vietnamese Coffee promo. Excellent service, coffee was so good I had three and now I'm buzzing.
Special mention to Rasun, who was very patient, attentive and informative.

First time in Colombo , Sri Lanka . Stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton , Colombo .the staff at the hotel were excellent , very courtesies , ever obliging & helpful . More specifically Mr. Shafan from Front office . Shafan went out of his way to oblige me in what ever way for advising on site seeing , shopping and helped us personally to pack our luggage . Very very nice boy Shafan . Also the 2 Rooms we stayed were on 18nt floor were with excellent view , huge super bathrooms , house keeping daily cleaning was par excellence . The staff and the rooms were another second home at Colombo . Fantastic .👍👍👏👏👏

Excellent family hotel
We stayed at Sheraton Colombo at the start of our holiday in Sri Lanka. It is an excellent hotel. Great service, rooms are very comfortable and have great views and pool also great. The staff are excellent and very organised. We had a great stay!
