Memorable stay at Grand Hyatt Goa
The team at Grand Hyatt Goa did an outstanding job and truly made our stay memorable. Being from the industry myself, I can confidently say that it’s the people who can make or break an experience. They are, without doubt, one of the most important parts of the memories guests create and take away with them. While every property may have its infrastructure-related limitations, what really counts is the intent and attitude of the team. And the team at Grand Hyatt Goa consistently demonstrated that. A special thank you to Rahul and his team at The Dining Room for the well-executed breakfasts and meals we enjoyed throughout our stay. And not to forget Shailesh and his excellent à la minute cold coffees — it’s the little things that often go a long way in creating memorable experiences. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We already look forward to returning to Grand Hyatt Goa.
Wonderful Stay at Grand Hyatt Goa
My family and me visited Grand Hyatt Goa earlier in September.
We truly had a refreshing and wonderful experience. The rooms, ambience, food, service and facilities were really good.
We had bay facing rooms. The view from the rooms was truly magnificent.
We found the staff to be warm, cordial and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Suchita Pramanik for taking care of my mom. Her able assistance made my mom’s stay really comfortable.
My family and me look forward to visiting Grand Hyatt Goa soon!

Experience at Grand hyatt
Had a lovely experience at chulha and the staffs were very helpful specially Ankush, Sudha, Amanda, Naresh and Om . And not to forget the amazing chefs Rajendra and Japneet . Overall everyone is helpful
Always Great Experience Staying At Grand Hyatt Goa
Grand Hyatt Goa is a beautiful, expansive property with lovely architecture, lush gardens, and a gorgeous setting along Bambolim Bay. The food is excellent across all the restaurants, especially the breakfast, but what truly makes the stay special is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone genuinely goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Manager Ankita Maity for her assistance throughout our stay, and to Mr Rahul and Arslan from the Dining Room. Arslan looked after us wonderfully at breakfast, while Mr Rahul was especially thoughtful in accommodating our special requests. A very special mention to Sonu Kumar from Room Service for his prompt, warm and attentive service. He took excellent care of our requirements, regularly checked if we needed anything, and ensured the room was always beautifully made up with excellent evening turndown service.
Paradise in Goa
Paradise in Goa! 🌴✨ The Grand Hyatt Goa is absolutely incredible — possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure all our needs were met. My friend has a severe gluten allergy, and the chef and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating. They thoughtfully modified the menu so she could enjoy the experience safely, and the food was absolutely amazing!
A special shoutout to Steffi at the front desk, who was so accommodating, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had everything we needed.
Naresh and Mudassar at Le Petit Chef were also fantastic. Their energy, attention to detail, and incredible service made the experience even more memorable. They really made us feel so well taken care of.
The property itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the food throughout the hotel was excellent. The team even arranged a special plant for us on very short notice, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I genuinely can’t wait to bring my parents and family here. This place is truly special, and I’m already dreaming about coming back. ❤️🌴
