Grand Hyatt Goa

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was exactly as presented on the website and matched the photos, which was reassuring. The standout feature was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude and excellent service made a big difference to our experience.

There were, however, a few issues with the room. The telephone had a faulty plug and frequently became disconnected. After some time, the display stopped working altogether. In addition, there was no drying rack on the balcony, which made it difficult to dry swimsuits and beachwear. Housekeeping kindly provided a small wooden drying rack when we asked, but it was not particularly practical for the purpose.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's atmosphere and attentive staff. With a few small improvements to the room facilities, the experience would be even better.

The Grand hyatt is a very lovely property at bambolim beach. Our stay was very good,enjoyable and relaxing. It is a vast property,well maintained , full of greenery with many beautiful gardens. The property is just adjacent to beach. You can go down and enjoy a stroll. The sight and sound of sea waves gushing and hitting wall with sprinkling of water coming up was very enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and maintained . We stayed at bay view suite and room with a beautiful view from balcony. There was no undue noise and it was overall very serene . We had our birthday and our day was made memorable by Riya with cake and decorations. The property has a variety of restaurants. The Indian food and ambience and service at the Chulha was very good. The breakfast buffet was good. The Capiz bar had a nice ambience. The cleanliness was very good, regular maintaining of gardens and other areas were being done. The Shamana Spa was good. We had long stroll daily watching the sea. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
