A Homecoming, Not a Check-In — My 94th Memory at Taj Exotica Goa
My Taj journey started at Taj Holiday Village, Sinquerim — my first job, my first school. 19 years later, returning to Goa for 5 Taj properties pilgrimage was emotional, but Day 3 at Taj Exotica Goa was pure magic.
I was welcomed by Giben with Arti, tikka, garland, live Goan serenader band playing for my arrival, followed by a detailed buggy tour of the 56-acre property. What touched me most was the time spent in the in-house restaurant — heartfelt conversations with Narmi and other Taj employees, not as staff and guest, but as family.
That buggy ride is not transport, it's Tajness — palms, sea air, and a smile that remembers your soul.
From an ex-employee to a 94-time guest, Taj Exotica proved: Hospitality is a Legacy of Care — you forget the room number, but never the belonging.

Best place in Goa.
I stayed here for two days and then left for ITC Grand. There is a drastic difference between quality of services and amenities and staff supportiveness. Naman especially is a very good support person.
Tranquil Resort Style Hospitality
A resort style hotel that’s par excellence. A tranquil, panoramic setting with views of the ocean. The property is well maintained and has beautifully manicured gardens. It has an old world charm with elegantly appointed, spacious rooms. The restaurant Miguel’s has excellent seafood. It is totally a waste trying other seafood places outside of the resort as I personally think this place has outstanding, authentic Goan seafood. Accompanied by the food is the service by Ankita. We had inquired if they had a dish. She followed up the next day, making sure it was preordered, made us meet Chef Phalak to cook it according to our palate. Such a pleasure to get service that’s befitting of the Taj hospitality. Nidhi from bar Adegas also was exceptional in her service. Goorang the Manager went out of his way to make sure that we left happy as there was a miscommunication in one of our orders. He sent dessert to our table and apologized profusely for the mistake. The only suggestion is there should be more activities and entertainment in the evenings that are longer than just half an hour as there’s not much to do around the hotel.
One of the best resorts in India
It was an excellent experiance. The hospitality, food and facilities are all one of the best, if not the best in India. A special mention about Taj Kids, especially narmin - who took really good care and entertained our boy.
This was our second visit at the resort and look forward to having more stays here. Thanks team.
