Central location at North Goa.. near to major food restaurants,shops and pubs.Smooth checkin to room on 3rd Floor with pool view. The pool was great relaxation with complimentary beer. Spa treatments for Balinese massage was refreshing.There is 24 hr gym was effective but some more space would be good. Food needs improvement with breakfast not serving local Goan breakfast items. It is too much vegetarian stuff.. Also chicken sausage was dry,sambar too sweet.

Bad service
Not for tourist . Business hotel . Pool bar had no service for any day . Why they keep bar open I don't know. Service in bar very bad. However breakfast and dinner was good with plenty of variety. Will not recommend for family travel

Presidential Suite( 2 bedroom)
We stayed in Presidential Suite( only in size)
Dont expect suite facilities and amenities.
Kitchen, nothing except a big fridge. Not even a microwave there.
Coffee machine , but coffee capsules not available.
Not wven cutlery in kitchen.
Hopeless service in breakfast, room service.
Be ready to wait for hours to get anything from house keeping or kitchen. I recommend never to stay in This room atleast.( the presidential suite , )

Pathetic
⚠️ When a “50% Off” offer doesn’t mean 50% off…
Had a very disappointing experience at Viva – Holiday Inn Candolim by IHG last night.
We booked a family dinner for 5 people through Swiggy Dineout, specifically selecting the “Flat 50% Off + Free Mocktail” offer and paying the required cover charge.
The Dineout screen clearly showed “60% Off on Buffet + Free Mocktail” as a separate offer, while the 50% offer did NOT mention buffet.
Yet, when we arrived, the restaurant manager, Mr. Sunder, refused to honour the 50% offer and insisted that it meant buffet. We showed him the booking and screenshots, but after around 20 minutes of waiting and arguing, there was still no resolution.
When we asked for the General Manager, we were told that there was no General Manager and that the restaurant manager was in charge of the hotel.
Rather than create a scene with my family, we simply walked out.
For a reputed international hotel brand, this isn't about the discount. It's about honouring what you advertise, taking responsibility when there's a mistake, and treating customers with respect.
Screenshots don't lie.
Very disappointing experience, Holiday Inn Goa – Candolim. This is certainly not the standard of hospitality one expects from an IHG property.
