Rediscover what a truly indulgent vacation feels like!
I write this review feeling very emotional yet thrilled. I was staying at the Hilton Panjim property this first week of August. While booking I came across someone reviewing this place saying the staff was exceptional and the heartbeat of this property. I would heartily second that as the staff is not just extremely professional and courteous, but it feels more like you are come home! Staff members both back and front of the house are supremely talented at their craft, their craft being - making you feel pampered and spoilt for choices. I would love to give my heartfelt thanks to each member of the team, led by Mr. Ravi, Bisawajit (both so helpful and superb at pool), Karan the bartender (ask for Picante with a Goan twist), Ashwini the sweetest hostess, Chef Faisal (incredibly talented), Anuj - Experience manager, Raunak, Jyoti, Yashi, Mihir, Shantanu, Jai, Raghib, Jasmine from the restaurant, and Ragini and Ayushi from the Front Desk. This stay was the gold standard for holidays, all thanks to these amazing members. Prime location of the property overlooking a scenic patch of the Mandovi river, and boasting an in-house casino, is one of the best places to stay in, across all of Goa. Lively music, bustling restaurants, happening events through halls and corridors done up in incredible local art and artists' works. Scenic beauty outside each room, where you could choose from river facing to pool facing views. Top notch cleanliness and extremely attentive housekeeping staff make the stay blissful and relaxing. Incredible amenities ranging from an amazing gym to a beautiful pool, brilliant horticulture across the property, indoor pool table and a lot more. One thing that requires a special mention is the breakfast. Can easily rate it as one of the best in town. The variety, the taste, the presentation makes the experience truly indulgent. Food across all meals, is to die for. All in all, 5* rating across all fields, and a vehement recommendation to come visit and rediscover what a real holiday feels like!
Wonderful Stay & Excellent Hospitality
Had a wonderful experience over here. The property has a beautiful and peaceful ambience, with well-maintained rooms, great food, and excellent hospitality. The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay.
A special mention to Yashi for her excellent service at the restaurant. She was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Her warm and welcoming nature really added to our dining experience.
The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the overall hospitality was truly commendable. Would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji for a relaxing and memorable stay in Goa!

The location of the hotel was ideal for our stay but had to be vary of the roads leading to the hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming with all the staff being very approachable, friendly and professional. The front office staff was very efficient and very cooperative and friendly. The vallet, the lift attendees, the F&B services and staff were polite, welcoming and very attentive The room had an excellent view of the river and the forest around it, very peaceful and quiet. Rooms were cleaned daily with very good housekeeping and very polite and professional. Very delicious and lots of different choices of breakfast intercontinental and Indian. Good value for money We wish all the management and staff to carry on the good service and success. On our last day we had an wonderful send-off with cake
