The five star facilities at the Niraamaya Retreats, Surya Samudra include a choice of two restaurants as well as a bar, a library and a laundry service. Bad service
It was a bad stay.. I ordered a bed and I had wait for more than 2 hr even I called the reception twice to get it. The food is expensive compared to other resorts with bad quality… I didn’t recommend it
Best holiday experience
Very friendly staff and a perfect getaway for family. Evening view from our he room made our trip the best this year. Thank you Liji and entire staff for making our trip memorable.
Atmosphere, location and restaurant staff team
Came across this place through online searches, had been there for a high tea , came across their restaurant staff Thangaswamy who guided me very well.
The arrangement and hospitality by Thangaswamy and restaurant team was really awesome .
But the turn off part is the reception staff , one of the lady during our visit had zero hospitality approach. Wrong choice for the front desk .The management should work on the same

It is amazing. The therapy is awesome. Dr Lekshmi is excellent she listen patiently and will suggest exact treatments. Jithin sir who doing the treatment has lots of experience . And overall Mr pankaj the GM of the resorts is a wonderful and jolly guy.he will help u instantly. Overall everyone should visit this resort...
